Important to mentioned I stayed in the first floor which is in worse conditions than the second floor. The main door has no key, there is always a guy taking care of the place but it never gave me peace of mind knowing the place was unlocked. The place is in terrible conditions. The bathrooms are dirty l, there are cockroaches, lizzards and insects everywhere. The beds have futons instead of mattresses, they are old and dirt. Same for the blankets and sheets. There are no supplies, toilet paper, soap, towels so you must bring all that own your own. The checkout time is not well defines. Basically if you check in at 9am your checkout time is 9am of the day you leave.
