This is in a good location in Noida. Close to botanical garden metro. The rooms are spacious but they are a little old. The bathroom fixtures need upgrade. The overall feel of the room is that it needs some changes. But otherwise everything is clean and service is quite good. I stayed here for a couple of nights and had food there. Food is good. You can also order online or go out to eat. A lot of food joints are nearby. One issue is that you will not find the nameplate 'kumar residency' anywhere. The villa is named as "Chhavi Villa". Keep in mind when you first visit the place.

This is a very nicely maintained hotel on a very good location. The owner is very kind & well behaved, all other staff are equally welcoming and helpful. Rooms are very clean and well maintained, food is just amazing with justified prices. I stayed here with my wife for 2 days and it was a great experience. They even helped me to find a new apartment and supported in shifting all luggage. This is a highly recommended hotel from my side.

Excellent arrangement. Well behaved staff, good food, clean and secured environment. I stayed there for 13 days with my wife. Continue to do the good job and best wishes for the coming years.

The couple who run this residency are superb. Staffs are polite and active. Breakfast good. They can consider adding some more dishes. Room is big. The place is clean and well maintained. Tea bags, coffee sachet and water bottles were provided on demand. Could be more organised. Towels were clean but too old. We love their hospitality.

The hotel room are spacious and comfortable. Even the room service is good. ||||Also the food and service is also good. ||||Management is helpful and here you can get 24*7 service which is an added advantage. ||||The hotel even take care of your belonging as well

Located in a primarily gated society area so you have little bit confusion over finding from maps it is inside green enclave society located in a great villa surroundings rooms and services are good of course not that 5star good but enough to spend a night and have a good meal in your thali location is a plus point
