very bad service food is very bad. in 399 special thali they us smelly paneer like stale food and room service is very i called them many time they weren’t respond ☹️☹️don’t go there! and they irritating us to give review for hotel🤨

Very disappointing stay for 2 nights booked via MakeMyTrip. Breakfast was included but honestly, overall experience was half good, half terrible. Staff: The staff behaves more like they are running a cheap homestay than a hotel. No basic hospitality skills, no sense of how to talk to customers. Cleanliness: Rooms and bathrooms were only partially clean. I left my key at reception for cleaning in the morning, but by 9:30 PM the room was still untouched. After complaining, they asked me to “wait 10 mins” but took more than 30 mins — and still left the room half-done. Amenities: None. Food: Food service is extremely slow (1+ hour every time), and I’m sure they just order from Zomato/Swiggy. Food is barely warm but priced like a 4–5 star hotel. Totally not worth it. Location: Just 3/10. Near a metro station but in the middle of an industrial area — definitely not pleasant for a stay. Overall: If you value your money and time, avoid this place. It’s overpriced and poorly managed. --- Do you also want me to make a short, sharp version (2–3 lines) for Google/OTA reviews? Also — should I translate this into Gujarati or Hindi for local platforms?
