Today my mother was denied from using the common washroom as everyone knows during kumbh, how hectic it becomes for a lady to get a chance to use a clean washroom, yet we asked to use the washroom in exchange for any amount they ask. According to Section 7(2) of the Indian Sarais Act, 1867 enables a person to ask and consume water or use the washrooms of such hotels for free at any hotel at any time. It is one of the oldest acts of India and some of its sections are still followed in today's date. My mother has been holding it for several hours due to traveling congestion. Heart breaking incident at kumbh 💔

I visited this hotel, but the next day they demanded more money than what was agreed upon. When I checked out and requested to store my luggage for a short while, I was told that they would not keep my belongings.
