Staff, localisation and rooms are quite nice. Rooms are rather clean except the fungus around the door in the bathroom and (!) on the drinking glasses. Also, you need to ask the staff to turn the warm water every time you need it, but maybe it’s like that in India. In any case, I can recommend the place

Hotel location was not so good, staff was also unprofessional and not cooperative. No accessories were provided by the staff like toiletries, matt etc. and for half an hour late Check out, they were asking Rs. 550. This was insane and ridiculous. I would say prefer other good hotels available over this unprofessional hotel.

The hotel offers excellent service, clean rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. Staff are friendly and attentive. Amenities like Wi-Fi, breakfast, and a pool add comfort. Its location is convenient for sightseeing. A great value for the price, ideal for both business and leisure stays. Would definitely recommend and return.

I think one of the best places to stay in varanasi. Clean , comfortable rooms at a very attractive price point their staff behaviour is good and Danish bhaai is a really great person not only that each and every service was one point also. We stayed here for 6 nights and 7 days and the experience was just amazing. THIS HOTEL IS REALLY SAFE ♥️... WE just love it and definitely we will visit again ♥️

Worst service, they'll try to collect extra money through allocating incorrect rooms. Rude & arrogant staff also area is not good & safe to stay.

We enjoyed our stay for two nights at Hello Banaras. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and organized our travel and tours. Thanks guys.

**Extremely disappointing experience.** When we arrived, we weren’t offered any complimentary water bottles, which is basic hospitality. There was no landline in the room to contact reception—you have to call them using your personal mobile, and even then, they rarely answered. We requested water late at night but were refused, and the hotel didn’t even have a single fridge to store beverages for guests. We had to go out and buy our own, and unfortunately, most nearby shops were already closed. They handed us a food menu from a completely different hotel, which was odd, especially considering plenty of options are available on Swiggy, Zomato, etc. While the room was spacious, the facilities were lacking. The geyser never worked during our 3-day stay, and we never received hot water, despite repeatedly asking. It seems both the geyser and air conditioner were controlled from reception, which is highly inconvenient. The bathroom was extremely cramped—there was barely space to keep basic toiletries. The water knob was broken (as shown in the video), and no effort was made to fix it. Our room was never cleaned during our stay, even after we returned from being out all day. Although the location is decent and close to many places, you’ll still need to hire an auto to reach the Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Would not recommend this place unless they seriously improve their facilities and customer service.

Best experience in less cost.. the place very cost effective and serene. The hospitality begins from entrance and romance constant till your exit..basically superb and lovely.
