Excellent hospitality. Filling at home. Breakfast was delicious. They guide about touristic place help to reach easy. I appreciate Honer's wife Mrs Chhaya for providing us every need for my Family special child milk. Near to Assi Ghat. Walking distance from assi lanka road. Book place before visit on mobile.

The owner is the rudest person you will ever meet in all of the varanasi. We walked out of the guest house just in half an hour even after paying full price of 1500, we asked him to turn on the ac as it was on auto cut, the way he was speaking was the reason we walked out. There are lots of hotel nearby, so please don't even think of coming to this guest house.

Absolutely wonderful guesthouse. Family is so warm and welcoming. It was very nice to sit and talk about Indian culture and the education system! Room was clean and spacious, beds comfy, and location was great. Breakfast was delicious, served with chai each morning down in the lobby. Would definitely stay again if I ever find myself back in Varanasi. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay here. All the reviews are true; the hosts are warm and generous with their time and knowledge about Varanasi and anything else you might be curious about. Location is convenient and the rooms are clean and reasonably priced. Plus you get a tasty breakfast! Stay here if you want a genuine homestay experience with a lovely family.

I am telling you from bottom of my heart room service is not acceptable the owner is so arrogant.! We have paid 1500 AC room but AC stopped within some time.! We left the room within the hour and didn't get any kind of refund.! Don't judge this guest house by the good reviews it is a wrist guest house for you goodness choose your hotel near assi ghat main road but never choose kedar guest house.! Thankyou good luck and even I don't wanna rate it if I do I ll provide negative.! And after we left the room the owner called us and asking for money which we already paid to him.! Than he called us again and saying you haven't paid any kind of money and we told him to send him the payment receipt suddenly he changes his thought and offering us 500refund by saying come to our guest house.! And we were not interested in this beacuse I don't know what he was thinking at that time don't go there guys wrost.!

Nice staying here in Feb this year. Both the hosts were welcoming and cheerful. Had made lunch for us when we arrived which was unexpected. Also, breakfast next morning was amazing. Although we spent a little time there, but it was a quality time as the owner had nice chat with me and my mother and also the other guests. He was helpful throughout our stay and even when we left the hotel. His advice helped me when i was having diarrhoea and I was completely fine for the train journey next morning. Thank you for such a warm welcome. Varanasi will always be remembered with the hospitality that veerendra ji had offered us during our stay.

We were so swayed by the reviews, the place just turned out to be a disaster. ||Location: Very close, about 8-9 mins walk to Assi Ghat. However, the guesthouse lies adjacent to a Gutter/Sewage stream that can make you sick and is prone to insects and diseases. So be careful when you go. ||||Condition: Torn bedsheet and had to ask them to replace, which was also torn (see pics). Walls in the room were badly stained and the owner doesn't seem to be bothered. Bathroom was in OK condition. The area outside the room was not cleaned and stained with bird droppings. ||||Breakfast: For the price (1150) we paid, the included bfast was a joke. We were given an option that almost made us skip the bfast. I regret eating there (forgettable, tasteless, spicy af) as it led to a gut wrenching pain. ||||Overall: Will never stay there nor would I advise anyone. The room was worth half of what we were charged without even maintaining decent sanitization and cleanliness. ||I would advise the owner to sometime visit the room and make sure they're even in livable condition before giving them to guests. Please maintain the sanctity of the divine land. ||||My Rating: 2/5.
