Amazing hospitality, feels home away from home ! Very very close to ghat and probably the best in budget option as others places have blown out prices which actually not worth . Don’t expect luxurious amenities as this is not a hotel,it’s more of a home stay. If u want to feel the real vibe of Varanasi like a local resident this is your place. Also can’t forget to mention Mr. Prabhu , he is such sweetheart! He will make sure you will love the place .

Truly the best place to stay in Varansi. It’s cozy and beautifully furnished inside. The owner is such a friendly and warm person, ready to help with anything. You can really feel the family atmosphere there. I’ll definitely come back!

Great location, great rooms (I had a small balcony), nice staff, comfortable mattress, budget friendly, away from the hustle and bustle but still a stones throw from where you want to be (bhang lassi shops just around the corner 😉). Highly recommended.

Very lovely guesthouse in the old town of Varansi. Rooms got fans that help you during the humid weather. The biggest asset is the host Mr. Prabhu that is the best host in whole of India, very kind and welcoming man. I strongly reccomend.

Thankyou Suraj Inn, for the most wonderful hospitality and making us feel home. It was a great experience and perhaps the best. The chirping sound of birds was a welcome way to greet morning during vacations. Very neatly maintained property. I would highly recommend this place for a good stay. To those of who read my review and decided to stay a few days in Banaras please suggest them “Suraj Inn”. This is a place which will remain etched in people mind forever 😊

Dirty walls, Dirty cot, Dirty bed, Dirty pillows, Dirty Towel, Very dirty water in the tap. No dust bin in the room. Felt sick for 3 days with throat and eye infection.
