I’ve stayed here two times with 10 years difference. Both were marvelous and wonderful times. Highly recommend the hotel. The rooms are clean and most importantly the air is fresh. The staff is kind and helpful.

This is best place to stay in Varanasi. Very helpful owner and staff, would recommend to stay here on a budget. Everything to do in Varanasi was helpfully taken care of by the staff and we had a great time. Tell your friends to visit and stay at Sandhya Guest House.

Our stay at Sandhya Guest House was fantastic! For just 1500 rupees per night, we got a clean AC room with balcony. The room had everything we needed – towels, an electric kettle, western toilet, a hot shower, and a cozy bed. Filtered drinking water to refill bottles is provided at reception. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They helped us with everything from finding a SIM card top-up, telling about places to see ceremonies to recommending a local hairdresser as well as a local place to repair shoes. One thing we didn't try was the rooftop restaurant, but it looked inviting. Despite our early arrival, our room was ready, and they even allowed us a later checkout upon request. It's clear the owner, who speaks perfect English from living in the UK, takes pride in the guest experience. Overall, Sandhya Guest House exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it for its warmth, hospitality, and excellent value.

For the people who run the hotel it is more than a 5 ⭐! Value for money stay. Infrastructure is a bit old and can be renovated but at the price you can just can't complain a lot but yeah there's a scope of improvement on this part. Location is optimal as well. Over all it is an amazing stay.

The room itself was fine, however the building is old and the noise from the outside is unbearable with such a bad isolation. It's very hard to sleep. The staff and owner are friendly, but very unorganized. They were overly confident on the info they gave us on how to cross to Nepal, despite our doubts, and it proved to be wrong, making us go to a train station further away at 4h30 and with unreserved seats. The location was the best part. Very walkable to nice places in the Ghat. Just take what the owner says with a pinch of salt and careful with the tuktuk drivers arranged by them overcharging.

Got space for parking two bikes (both adv 390). Bigger bikes won't fit the parking space. Cars might have to park outside.

This is very old property and in very bad shape. Need urgent renovation specially washrooms and bathroom fittings. Also need to improve hygiene and cleanliness of the entire property. Service is good
