I recently stayed for one night at a wonderful hotel and had an excellent experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with freshly washed pillowcases and bedsheets that added to the cozy ambiance. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained, making my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant visit. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great stay!

Our stay at Casa Felice place was wonderful! The location was perfect, the space was clean and comfortable, and Casa Felice was so helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend them. About cleanliness, The rooms was impeccably clean, and the thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. We loved the cozy atmosphere.

Got a room for one night to attend a school ceremony. Got into the room, It was pretty spacious and decently clean. The room smelled of food someone has cooked earlier and the dustbin area was foul. Didn't have time to stay long as we had to leave quickly for the school. Received a call around 9 pm asking what time we will be back in our room. Informed that function will last till 11-11:30 pm. Then received a call from around 11:30 saying that its late and they have to close the gate and started complaining that they have a policy. It felt like he was a hostel warden asking adults when and what time you have to go back to your room. Only after getting pissed that our luggage is in the room and where do they expect us to return in an unfamiliar place in the middle of the night. Got a call from an employee explaining they have security concerns and they will close the gate and call them when we are near the hotel. Absolutely disappointed with the service, no understanding about customer's situation
