This place is a total dream, right in the middle of nature, super peaceful, and you can even hear the river flowing nearby. The rooms have this earthy, rustic vibe that makes you feel instantly relaxed. The highlight for me was Juno, the sweetest dog ever! I’m definitely coming back just for her. The food was really good, and the host was super friendly and welcoming. Honestly felt like the home I’ve always dreamed of. Can’t wait to visit again!

Such a wonderful experience staying here. We flet that we were living in a fairy tale world the rooms, the view, the atmosphere everything was just perfect. Loved the hospitality provided by Abhinav he made sure everything was perfect and he even took us to a hidden spot which felt right out of lord of the rings universe. Definitely comming back for a longer stay. Some things to remember before visiting here 1. You have to walk downhill for about 10-15 minutes to reach here. Hence pack you luggage in a carry on bag and ware full length cloths and sports shoes. 2. Bring some basic medicines as the place is little remote. 3. Make sure to pluck some Himalayan Raspberries and wild strawberries as they are all over the place and taste amazing. 4. You will be surrounded by lot of floral and fauna make sure to observe and enjoy everything you can ask Abhinav he has good knowledge of everything related to nature. 5. Say hi to juno the dedicated dogo of the property.

I and my wife had a unique experience of staying in The Lost Escape for a day. The apprehensions of a senior citizen in navigating the challenges of a forest trail in pitch dark to reach the cottage got melted away in the hospitality of Abhinav and the passion with which he has kept the place for the guests. Abhinav and his pet Juno goes all out to make your stay enjoyable and enriching also especially the walking trails. There is something for everyone and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Would love to refer and also return.

Beautiful property just by the river. Large and comfortable rooms. Prateek was an amazing host and went out of the way to ensure that we were always comfortable. It was really cold when we were there, and he made sure we had hot water bags and we could sit by the tandoor whenever we were in the property. It’s a long hike from the road to the property but got easier by the end of the week. Will definitely visit again.

Insanely beautiful and calm location surrounded by lush green mountains and a river flowing right in front. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food and service is amazing. We got to eat some yummy local food. The host Prateek goes a mile beyond to ensure a great stay experience. Best part about the property is their little fur kid Juno who won our hearts with her adorable antics. We were super heartbroken to leave, that's the impact this place had on us. Will definitely visit again!

Location: secluded, serene, BEAUTIFUL. You’ll get river, mountain views from all sides. Serenity: the only sounds you’ll hear are the river water flow, chirps of birds. Hospitality: the host ( Mr. Prateek ) and as well as the helpers, treat you as their own and you won’t feel like a guest but a family member. He is the best host any guest can ever get Food: excellent, tasty, hand crafted using local fresh ingredients and available round the clock Rooms: spacious and comfortable and very clean . All rooms have a serene view of river and hills So if you’re looking for a place to get away from all the hustle bustle of the city and just enjoy the calm serene mountains, the lost escape is for you.
