Terrifying Experience – Unsafe for Families I booked this villa in Kasauli for my husband’s birthday with high hopes, but our stay turned into a nightmare. While we were enjoying ourselves, an accident occurred where a table was broken. Despite apologizing and offering to pay for the damage, the owner began yelling and escalating the situation unnecessarily. The situation worsened when we decided to leave. Just a short distance from the villa, a group of people surrounded us, refused to let us leave, and even assaulted my husband. I had my 1.6-year-old daughter with me, and the entire experience was terrifying. When we called the police, they dismissed our concerns, saying it must have been our fault. We paid for the damages and left, but this incident was deeply traumatizing for our entire group. This villa is NOT SAFE, especially for families. The lack of professionalism and the violent behavior we faced was unacceptable. Avoid this place if you value your safety and peace of mind.

I recently stayed at villa Auriga and had an exceptional experience. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, courteous, and attentive to all my needs. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the service was impeccable. I was thoroughly impressed with the overall condition and upkeep of the hotel. Everything from the lobby to the rooms to the common areas was spotless and well-maintained.

Excellent stay and upkeep by the owner. The whole villa is spacious and luxurious. Food served is delicious. Haven’t been in such a value-destination. Plus it is close to Chandigarh as well making it quite accessible. Deserved 5 star review.

Extremely Unsafe for Families Our stay at this villa turned into a horrifying experience. After a minor accident involving a broken table, the owner overreacted despite us offering to pay for the damage. The situation escalated to physical intimidation by a group of people as we were leaving. Traveling with a child, this was terrifying. Families, please avoid this property—it’s unsafe, unprofessional, and not worth the risk.

One on the best Airbnb I have ever stayed. Rooms are very spacious, clean, ample beddings to bonfire. Food was awesome and the best part is rooftop. I will again visit Auriga Homes next time.

It’s one of the most emanatic place i have ever stayed at. From food, spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, ample beddings to bonfire, courteousness of Yash and Ankush, everything was perfect. I Will surely visit this place again in coming months and also suggest my friends to visit there once. This villa offers luxurious stay with beautiful paintings on wall and wood work. At last comfort at its very best.
