NillA Hidden Gem in the Heart of Kaza – Midtown Homestay Just had the most beautiful stay at Midtown Homestay, and I’m honored to be their first guest reviewer! 🏔️ The location is perfect, right in the main area of Kaza, just a short walk from the bus stop and surrounded by cozy cafés, little shops, and stunning mountain views. Super convenient for solo travelers or anyone who wants to explore without hassle. But what truly makes this homestay special… is Luku, the host. Such a kind, genuine soul who welcomes you like family. She handled all my weird, last-minute requests with a warm smile, even served me unlimited lemon tea late at night when the weather was freezing! Her hospitality touched my heart deeply. The homestay itself is very very clean, simple, and beautifully built in Spiti style. You’ll feel the local charm in every corner from the wooden windows to the cozy kitchen. I’ve stayed in many places during my travels, but this one will stay in my heart forever. If you’re coming to Kaza don’t think twice. Stay at Midtown. You’ll leave with memories, not just photos. 💛 #MidtownHomestayKaza #SpitiValleyStay #TravelWithHeart

NillA Cozy and Authentic Experience in the Heart of Kaza I had an incredible stay at this homestay in Kaza! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality that made me feel right at home. The hosts were kind, helpful, and always ready to share local stories and tips for exploring the Spiti Valley. Room & Comfort: The rooms were clean, cozy, and had stunning views of the mountains. The traditional Spitian architecture combined with basic modern amenities offered the perfect balance of comfort and authenticity. Food: One of the highlights was the home-cooked food. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and made with local ingredients. Don’t miss the thukpa, momos, and butter tea — absolutely heartwarming after a day of sightseeing! Location: Centrally located in Kaza, the homestay was within walking distance to the market, monastery, and cafes. It’s a great base to explore nearby attractions like Key Monastery, Kibber, and Hikkim. Overall: This homestay provided more than just a place to sleep — it gave me a genuine cultural experience. I highly recommend it to travelers who want to go beyond hotels and connect with the real spirit of Spiti.
