Hozer Homestay

I visited Kaza and stayed at Hozer Homestay. I’ve been here before, and this time my friends and I decided to give it another shot and I’m so glad we did. We met Mr. Lobdey, the new owner of the property, who’s such a chilled out and genuine person. It made all the difference. Felt like a true homestay this time. Highly recommended!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this homestay in Kaza, and while there were some redeeming qualities, my overall experience was unfortunately overshadowed by the behavior of the owner. Let’s start with the positives: the staff at the homestay were an absolute delight. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely tried their best to make our stay comfortable. Their warm hospitality was a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience. However, the same cannot be said for the owner of the homestay. Their behavior was quite concerning. We encountered instances of rudeness and a lack of professionalism, which left us feeling unwelcome rather than at home. It’s essential for homestay owners to create a friendly environment, especially in the hospitality sector, but this owner seemed indifferent to the hospitality experience altogether. In summary, while the location is stunning and the staff provided excellent service, the negative experience with the owner made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped. I would recommend looking for other accommodations in Kaza until there are improvements in management.

My stay at this homestay was horrible i would never recommend anyone to stay here. Firstly the owner is worst , and i had a very uncomfortable stay here. I suggest you not to make your bookings here if you want to make your journeys memorable and comfortable.

Recently had the opportunity of visiting spiti and this homestay is the worst experience i could have had. Really lovely staff but horrible owner. Not worth a penny at all. Not recommend.
