Shangarh Inn Homestay

It was excellent and amazing experience at Woodzo. I am travelling twice a year with my team to find something awesome in hills. And we found Shangarh this time and Woodzoo is awesome place to stay here. If you love offbeat, this is for you. All staff members are very cooperative, a special thanks to Bintu bhai, Vishal, Sapardha, Mahender Ji who makes our stay memorable.||Food is excellent. Momos and Fries are superb. Cottages are awesome and you can also play gully cricket 🏏 backside of the property.||Thanks Woodzo for this amazing hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at Woodzo Shangarh. It is actually in the woods. From our rooms we could see snow peak mountains and so many pine trees.|Place is very close to amazing Shangrah meadows. Reaching here by car was tough as the road was bad. But thankfully we hired Bolero and our driver was from that area, so he managed. |We were 2 families, so we took 2 A frame cottage which are built very well. |Café there is another big attraction. It is designed very well. We spent a lot of time sitting in the café, singing, dancing, eating and making friends with other visitors there. Tandoor in the café was a saviour from cold.

Enchanting Stay <3||I had a great experience at Woodzo Shangarh. It's something that would always remain close to my heart. The property is run by Mr. Vishal Sharma, a generous host with all the warmth to make the guest feel at his/her best.|I specially visited the property for the A-Frame Cottage and loved it. The cottage has serene AM-PM views. The place has all the peace, calm and rejuvenation you need to put your stress and routine life behind you.||I checked-in as a guest on the property though left like a friend who lost a piece of her heart in a homelike place.||Highly Recommended!

“WoodZo” name justifies itself. One of the finest place in Sainj valley, far away from the hush bush of towns. Property is surrounded by lush green deodar’s giving you all green chill vibes and the host adds on to it with their fine dine and services.

If you are in Sainj valley, then this place is must visit. Be it for stay or for food or to just chill, owners won’t let you down even for a minute - I literally mean it.||They make every meal with lots of love and care. Every person at this property ensures to make you feel comfortable.||Most important, they are not in business only for money rather to make your time valuable.||Thanks Naveen, Ajay, Vishal - you guys are amazing.

The homestay is fairly priced. The rooms are cozy and warm with clean beds and warm thick blankets. Its very convenient living there too because it is nearby a general store and 2 dhabas (restaurants), although the owner does provide you with homemade food. Its run by one of the most friendly & hospitable villager, Praveen Thakur. I’m including a photo of him for anyone who wants to go to Shangarh. He’s speaks English (so that’s a 👍👍 for foreigners).

This place is worth to go, full of scenic view, peace , purely into the nature, and not much commercial. I just want you to visit this place. And this guy Praveen honour of (shanghar in) home stay is a very welcoming guy with full of energy, and his hospitality is very good.

Cozy, comfortable and reasonably priced homestay of a very kind family, in the beatiful shangarh valley. It is located 1min walk from shangchul meadow. Praveen ji and his family will take care of you and provide everything you need. They can also provide fresh and delicious local homemade food. Very recommended. Thank you. Hope to come back again.
