The property is in a perfect location. The rooms, kitchen, washrooms, balcony, everything is top notch. The view from terrace is so beautiful. It was such a comfortable and cozy stay. I must say that my vacation with family was made safe and harmonious at this BnB. Raj ji is quite amicable and so is his staff. They took great care of us and made sure we love our stay. The property was no less than a luxury for us as guests. From hygiene to the aesthetics, everything was taken care of. It was certainly picturesque property. I definitely recommend everyone to have a stay at this property in Shimla which is hardly 5-7 kms away from the Mall Road. Loved it!

must say, the flat's location exceeded our expectations - it was a tranquil oasis that felt like a home away from home. The views were simply stunning! We enjoyed our stay so much that we ended up extending it. My kids were particularly reluctant to leave, as they found the flat to be incredibly cozy and comfortable.

The apartment was incredibly relaxing, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful terrace—whether at sunrise or during the peaceful evenings, the view was simply breathtaking. The serene atmosphere added to the charm, making our stay even more special. A special mention to Mr. Raj, our host, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. His warm hospitality and guidance made us feel like part of the family. For food, I highly recommend ordering from Salt and Sugar, a nearby restaurant. Their food was delicious and complemented our stay perfectly. If you’re looking for a cozy, peaceful, and well-equipped stay in Shimla, Rizell Alexis is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Bad Experience at Rizell Alexis, Shimla *Misleading Location Information* I recently had the misfortune of staying at Rizell Alexis in Shimla, and I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. Mr Raj convince me to book the property with out Airbnb so that no issues can be raised and took all the money in cash when reached to the location. Be aware of the bad practices from the property owner like Raj. Location is very inconvenient almost 1.3 kms from the main road.The primary issue was the misleading information provided by the host regarding the location. Upon arrival, I found that the property was situated quite far from the main road, requiring a steep and arduous climb. This was not only inconvenient but also posed a challenge, especially for those with mobility issues. The lack of clear information about the location's accessibility led to frustration and disappointment. The host's representation of the location was grossly inaccurate, which led to unrealistic expectations. As a result, I felt misled and deceived, which negatively impacted my overall experience. It's essential for hosts to provide accurate and detailed information about their properties to avoid such situations.

The apartment was very clean, and Raj Ji provided proper guidance on where to go. Both Raj and the caretaker were available on a single call. If you're visiting Shimla, you won't find a better option than this. We will definitely use this service again soon.

Amazing room, location and service. While it's little interior than Shimla , but an ideal place if you have a car. The rooms were equipped with modern amenities and a functional kitchen for any basic needs.

Mr. Raj is an exceptional host and has an amazing property in Shimla. I visited his place with my friends and had an amazing stay. The apartment is exactly the same as shown in images and is highly recommended. Would definitely be visiting again :)
