Windcrest Homestay

Very scenic, lovely view from the top of rolling hills. Each bungalow can comfortably accommodate 5 adults. All the usual amenities are available. The breakfast (included in the price) is very wholesome and tasty. The owner couple (Bollu and Girish) are very friendly and warm and engage us with their stories of Coorg. The surroundings are very quiet and tranquil. If you enjoy silence and solitude and want to avoid overcrowded club resorts running amok with raucous ill mannered children and even more clamorous parents, Windcrest is the ideal place for you. Great place to escape to from the busy world. A bonfire night just puts the icing on the cake. As a doctor, wanting to relax, I found this place just perfect for me. A few words of caution: Don't mind the dogs. If you leave them alone they will leave you alone. Being close to nature you must accept the variety of creepy-crawlies. The idea of the owners is to help guests forget the world and therefore the wi-fi is no great shakes. But if you are a die-hard internet addict, don't fret. Most service providers cover the place. Make sure you have a good data plan.

Nice stay at this place Terrific view from the hotel. Service was acceptable and we felt very much comfortable staying here. Ambience was decent enough. Good surroundings
