Seeta Garden Homestay

The place is somewhat remote with no nearby amenities, but the hosts were helpful. Getting there can be difficult due to a steep slope. The host, Seeta, was responsive and helpful. The accommodation matched the description, but the bedsheets and kitchen utensils could have been cleaner. Replacing the sheets and regularly cleaning the utensils would be better.

Best accomodation in Kudle. Perfect for a group of friends, family and senior citizens. Experience a stay amid nature, overlooking a monsoon rivulet and paddy fields, both inside the property. Seeta and Shiva are the best hosts possible.

This stay is very close to Kudle beach (upto 5min walk). So when you reach Shiv Prasad Guest House, a person will pick your luggage and take you to the stay where you meet Sita who welcomes you and shows you around. There is a hall, a room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The hall has a rack, a bed, a ceiling fan and a table. The room has a bed and a ceiling fan. So there are 2 beds totally. On each bed, 2 can easily sleep, or 3 can sleep without much discomfort. There are 3 doors - 1 for the side way out where you can dry your clothes, 1 the main door and another for the room (this one you can lock only from the inside). So to the room you can go either from the hall or from the door from outside. So in front of the house you have another bed, a table and 2 chairs, also a cloth hammock. Also there's a table fan, you can use it anywhere needed. Beside the stay is a beautiful garden, you see different colorful flowers including water lilies in the center. There's also a wide space if you want to put up a campfire and sit around it. The bathroom has a geyser, bathspace with shower, 2 taps, sink and a toilet. But trust me, we had been there towards the end of April 2022 and we did not require hot water. The kitchen has a tap, sink, some utensils, a stove and a REFRIGERATOR. Also, there is a broom and a dust collector. We had a few visitors - a frog near the door of the room and 2-3 frogs outside and a cat. Also, 2 dogs which won't bother you because they will not enter the house, they're friendly. But these visitors didn't cause problem to us, it was okay. One thing missing was a mirror either in the room or in the hall, there was only one in the bathroom so I suggested Sita to put up one, so maybe it will be available for the future visitors. We required some extra hours before checking-out so we asked Sita and she generously accepted. Thanks to Sita for the stay, we really had a great experience

The stay is close to kudle beach , 4 to 5 persons can accommodate in the stay, it has two rooms, kitchen and one attached Bathroom, The stay is located in paddy field & the surrounding is calm, peaceful, best place to stay.
