They have 2 properties under the same name. One is located right on the beach front and the second is located 100 meters from the beach. Just enquire with the owner before booking. But the place is worth the price. Try to avoid going on weekends as the prices would be doubled or tripled depending on the season. They have their own parking located just a few steps from the room

Budget friendly room. Owner was helpful and friendly. But had a very restrictive atmosphere; the owner would frequently call to remind us not to make any noise as if it was a library and also to be back in the room by midnigt. I have never encountered such stringent policies during any of my previous stays"

Yashwanth was a great host, always filling in to let you know where you should travel, which roads are closed, how to plan your travel, etc. The rooms could have been slightly better but the genuine hospitality more than overcomes this bit. The place is very near to the beach (100 metres) and it was surreal visiting the beach early morning. You can also rent a two-wheeler directly from the owner, though I recommend renting it beforehand especially in peak times. Overall, we had an amazing stay. Recommended :)

It is among the amazing places to stay very near to Gokarna main beach. We were 7 members. So, we took 2 big rooms with 2 double beds in each. On the day of our tour it was raining so the Hotel manager helped us in getting a cab to travel to the major spot of the place.

We spent 3 nights there and our stay was very comfortable. The rooms were clean and the beach was close by. But the best part was the hospitality. The Staff were very helpful and accommodated all of our needs :).

The property is located just 2 minutes away from the main beach and is directly connected to a cafe on the beach. Would recommend the cafe for breakfasts. Coming to the rooms and the cost, this is an awesome stay for anyone planning to have a budget trip to Gokarna. We paid around ₹4500 for two days for three people (₹1500 per person). The rooms have two queen sized beds so it is perfect for families and a group of friends as well. Each room has an attached bathroom and a balcony. Towels and blankets are provided. I thought the rooms would get very hot during the afternoons since there was no AC but the high roof and two ceiling fans keep the room cool at all times. The property owner Yashwanth is honestly the best host you can find. Being a local he is always happy to help you find places to eat, visit and things to avoid. He's pretty understanding when it comes to check-in and check-out time as well. If you want to see the property before booking it you can always get on a video call with him. Since he lives with his family in the same building safety and security is not an issue at all. The only real issue I faced in the place was the wifi speed which could be made better by the host. Other than that just don't think twice about booking this place for your next trip to Goki.

A perfect place to stay during your vacation with family or friends. The rooms and washrooms are neat. The guest house is so close to the Gokarna beach that you can hear the sound of the waves. The service provided was good and the owner is kind enough to help you all the times during the stay(even in the middle of the night). The ambience around is full of greenery, that can be viewed from the balcony. It is also at a walkable distance to the Mahabaleshwara and Vinayaka temple.
