Vedic Village Homestay Gokarna

It was an awesome experience! The host Mr. Rajiv was very hospitable. He made us feel at home. He informed us all about the place beforehand. We booked one cottage for 4 and the place was extremely well maintained. The pool was clean and we had a great time. Refreshments were available all day and the welcome drink was delicious. The food was amazing. We got to taste popular dishes of that region. Breakfast was complimentary but lunch and dinner were available upon request. The cottage itself was great and we could learn more about the place and it's history through the decor on the walls. The host also helped us make an itinerary for the short time we stayed and the places were beautiful as well. All in all this is a must try!

The place is spacious and clean. Our all women group of 3 friends stayed there for a day. It's safe. The food is excellent. The host, Shree Rajiv Bailkery is well-versed about the history and mythology of surrounding places. Also I can say he is a culinary expert and served us some authentic local cuisine.

Cottage is very spacious & lavish with personal swimming pool. Clean n neat. Hospitality is topnotch. Meal - from welcome drink to next day morning breakfast, everything was unique, authentic & tasty. thnks to Rajeev uncle n mam for making our stay pleasant & memorable..we really loved it.

It was an memorable experience staying at Vedic Village. The cottage is homely and convenient for visiting all temples and beaches. The feeling was like visiting a relatives house. Mr. Rajeev is a terrific host with amazing knowledge about Gokarna and much more. Our evenings were just not enough discussing with him on various topics. He was extremely helpful in helping up plan our day trips and the history and knowledge about each of those places. Some of the facts no one seems to know. Mr. Rajeev's pedigree was evident of his vast reading, interest and helping nature. The food at Vedic Village was just so yummy, we salivate as we talk about it. Overall, a wonderful, memorable experience tempting us to keep visiting this place again and again. A big thank you to Mr. Rajeev and family for being such great hosts.

We had been here in Jan 2025. The place is well maintained, clean and spacious. The hospitality is very much applicable. Mr Rajiv (owner) takes utmost pains to fulfill the needs of the gues. He has good knowledge of the nearby tourist places in Gokarna. And guides properly. His collection of antique things is also worth seeing. |The mist important is the food. It is cherry on the top. You are definitely going to enjoy unique delicious Uttar Kanada Food prepared by Mr Rajiv himself.|Very very much recommended place to stay in Gokarna where you will get value for money.

The villa is well maintained. It has beautiful interiors with a private pool given to you. It has a mixture of tradition and a morden touch. The food was homemade and very delicious. The hosts were very welcoming and kind. He is knowledgeable and looks after all our necessities. We had an amazing time.

Nice Homestay. Spacious units consisting double rooms along with attached bathrooms and a private pool. Mr. Rajeev and his wife are excellent hosts. Mr. Rajeev is highly knowledgeable and has excellent culinary skills. We were privileged to taste some local home-made dishes which made our Gokarna trip memorable. Highly recommend !!!
