MOONRISE KINGDOM FARM STAY

This is truly one of the best farm stays we've experienced, especially at a reasonable cost. We stayed in a single cottage for ₹10,000 per night, accommodating 4 adults and 3 kids comfortably. The food served is authentic and regional—not your typical resort buffet—but it tastes really good. If you're looking for variety or fine dining, this may not be the place, but for a homely, flavorful experience, it's perfect. This stay is all about relaxation amidst nature. It's set in the middle of a farm, offering peace and quiet rather than resort-style activities, though there is a pool available. Our travel experience from Kabini was quite rough—the roads were in terrible condition, especially at night. They were narrow, bumpy, and poorly lit, so I’d strongly recommend avoiding that route after dark, especially if you're traveling with kids. However, access from the Mysore side is much better. Once we reached, we didn't feel like leaving. The atmosphere was calm and refreshing—a true escape. Since we visited during the rainy season, the weather was cool and the rooms stayed pleasant. The cottages are traditional huts, so it's uncertain how comfortable they'd be in peak summer, but the aesthetic and ambiance were beautifully done. You can clearly see the effort put into creating this peaceful farm stay.

Perfect Escape to the Countryside !! We had the most wonderful time at MOONRISE KINGDOM PERMACULTURE FARM STAY ! The serene environment, fresh air, and beautiful landscapes made it the perfect escape from city life. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. Waking up to the sound of birds and enjoying a farm-fresh breakfast was a highlight. We loved exploring the property, feeding the animals, and even trying our hand at some farm chores. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had a charming rustic feel. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and unique getaway. Can't wait to come back!

Excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and comfortable accommodations and its completely permaculture design.They were incredibly helpful and attentive, making our stay feel truly pampered. The cottage were impeccably clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities that ensured a restful stay and the farm facilities were excellent, lush greenery, panoramic views endless opportunities for relaxation and recreation, farm offered a some of activities, play ground including a beautiful pool area, restaurant offered a delicious food, making each meal a culinary delight. In one word personally it's memorable experience... "I highly recommend Moonrise Kingdom permaculture farm to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation."

We stayed there for a night, loved the serene atmosphere and very peaceful stay. Owner Ashik was very helpful and accommodating, cozy, well-maintained rooms. Food was very good and hygienic. Definitely would visit another time.
