We had an excellent stay and the location was just "Wow"!! I have been a frequent traveler to Coorg and this place will remain in my top picks. Rooms were spacious, clean with a stunning view. Food was home cooked and delicious. The property manager Dilan and his team was always ready to help. Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely visit again. They have good parking facilities as well.

Our Stay at Bee's homestay beside a calm Harangi reservoir was an unforgettable experience. Surrounded by greenery and nature, the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect retreat from busy city life. Sandeep our host personally welcomed us with warmth, which immediately made us feel at home. The staff were equally friendly and helpful, always attentive and smiling. The rooms were clean, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained, offering comfort with beautiful views of the water. Waking up to the sound of birds and the sight of the reservoir was refreshing. A perfect place for relaxation, I would highly recommend it. Special thanks to Dilan who was always ready to help with a smile.

Our experience at this homestay was truly exceptional. The host was incredibly attentive and kept checking in to ensure all guests were comfortable and well-fed, even offering snacks regularly. The care and warmth extended by both the owners and the helper made us feel right at home. The location is nothing short of breathtaking—lush greenery, serene reservoir views, and cool breezes gave the whole place a “Scotland-like” charm. It was peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We particularly loved the option to have a private barbecue. The hosts were happy to arrange a cozy party setting for people, which made the experience feel exclusive and special. The food was delicious and homely, and the overall hospitality was top-notch. If you’re looking for a tranquil retreat with beautiful surroundings and genuinely warm hosts, this is the place to be!

Had the most relaxing and wonderful stay at Bee's. The property boasts a wonderfully tranquil atmosphere alongside the backwaters. Waking up to that view was a great start to the day. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Additionally, there is a perfect trail for running or walking alongside the lake when the water level is low. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Dilan was very accommodating, proactive and friendly. We also had the pleasure of meeting the couple who own the property and they were very welcoming and gracious. The food being delicious is an understatement. It was soul satisfying and scrumptious. Some of the items especially desserts were prepared by the owners themselves and they were delightful. We will definitely be visiting again.

Absolutely beautiful experience staying here with a group of friends. Very quiet place right by the Harangi backwaters with great views. The hosts are very attentive as well. However, the only negative points would be cleanliness within the rooms and the lack of variety in breakfast options.

Hello, Its been a memorable stay at Bee's during the week of May 28th. We were a group of 25 people (Family & Friends) planned for a 4 night's stay at Bee's. Sandeep has been a great host accommodating our requests with respect to food and other arrangements. The group enjoyed the barbeque party with variety of dishes and a fun filled evening with games and dance. The group also loved the deserts made by Sandeep's Wife. They were very good. Overall, great Stay, great food, great climate, great host and great Staff. We are a great fun-loving group which made this trip a great SUCCESS. THANK YOU, BEES!!!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Bee's homestay by the serene backwaters of the River Harangi. The views are breathtaking—lush greenery and calm waters create the perfect peaceful retreat. The rooms were spotless, tidy, and very comfortable. For nature lovers, the coffee trails surrounding the homestay are a true delight. I enjoyed peaceful morning walks through the plantations, and was lucky enough to spot beautiful peacocks along the way. There are also some lovely village temples nearby, where the atmosphere makes you feel completely at rest and calm. If you just want to unwind, you can carry a good book and simply chill at the homestay, soaking in the beautiful views, perfect for some much-needed relaxation.

More than a stay — a memory for a lifetime. I had the joy of staying at Bee’s Homestay in Coorg with my girlfriend, and it turned out to be one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. What she didn’t know was that I was planning to propose, and secretly reached out to Vidur, the owner, for help. Unlike commercial hotels, Vidur didn’t just agree — he personally took charge. Despite my limited communication while travelling, he went out of his way to plan a beautiful surprise: a private candle-lit dinner by the pool, with lanterns, curated food, and the most intimate setting I could have hoped for. When it suddenly started to rain just before the proposal, both Vidur and Sandeep stepped in immediately — brainstorming, adjusting, and creating an equally magical setting elsewhere. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine desire to help me create this once-in-a-lifetime moment was deeply touching. Bee’s Homestay isn’t in the business of making money — they’re in the business of making memories, of hosting from the heart, and of making you feel like you're a part of something personal and meaningful. The serene view of the reservoir, the Harangi Dam, the soulful food (especially Vidur’s mom’s chocolate mousse!), the casual chats and the unmatched hospitality made it unforgettable. I’ll forever be grateful, and I know one thing for sure: every time I return to Coorg, Bee’s will be my only home.
