This is an amazing find near Coorg, the location is amazing and the host is very helpful and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay here. Also, the place has very friendly and affectionate dogs that will come and check on you every once in a while. Loved our stay here and looking forward to visiting this place again.

Deejan and Tanvi are excellent hosts. They even go out of their ways to make you feel comfortable and make your life easy. Food, place, location, and hosts everything was just perfect! It’s a homestay so you can’t really expect fancy stuff you find in resorts but if you are looking for a gateway from the hustling bustling city life, this is THE PLACE for you spend your quality time. They have some really amazing dogs, pups, chicken, turkey. Something that really made our stay cozy was their adorable dog gypsy. She’s just so adorable! A must visit place!

One of the best places to stay in Coorg if you want to stay away from all the hustle and the crowd yet close to the city. Exceptionally well maintained homestay. We stayed with infants and they really enjoyed. They serve delicious home cooked food. Highly recommend this place for everyone who wants to stay admits the coffee plantation.

An excellent getaway amidst lush green estate. The hosts were welcoming and took the best care throughout our stay. A must visit for one who wants to enjoy the nature at its best. This place is easily accessible from Madikeri town. Delicious home food served. Worth the stay.Highly recommended for group of people.

We had an amazing experience over the new year’s eve. 9 of us travelled from Bangalore, the location is easy to reach and the host Mr. Deejan is always available for any assistance, be it before you reach or once you’re there. This is an old house refurbished to keep it fresh and new, cleanliness is top notch. Spacious rooms with one of the best backyard / sit out I’ve seen and you have a huge plantation surrounding the stay. Cell phone network is not great and WiFi availability is very limited both of which was in our favour. Local food served most of which was to our liking. The quantity served is more than apt and the price per meal is reasonable. All in all we had a very pleasant stay, perfect get away from our busy city lives.

The best 4 days I have spent in a while. Tanvi and Deejan are excellent hosts. All the details mentioned in the airbnb , pictures of the property etc are accurate. I could just stay at their place all day doing nothing, just to enjoy the pleasant climate. Waking up to the sunrise with the sounds of birds chirping was amazing. Even when there was no power due to heavy rains, ups inverter was available. If you are from a city and fed up with the city life, then this is the place to go. If i plan to visit coorg again, this is the stay i would pick again.

We had a great time at the Jayalaxmi Estate. Perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The property's calm, tucked away in a nice corner in Madikeri, and is in a 40-acre coffee plantation. Loved the hosts and their prompt service. The food was fantastic! If you're up for traditional Coorg-style homemade food, you should opt for their food options. Chilly pork fry, Appam, and Lemon Chicken were our favourite! Lots of fun places to check out nearby. If you're looking to visit this place, maybe considering blocking out a week or so to chill. If you're here on a work vacation, remember that JIO is your best bet for steady internet.

Lovely place. Really tasty food is preapred. Rooms are airy and spacious and next to the place are coffee plantations. Even with 10-12 people you will not feel lack of space. 5 minute walk and you will find yourself in lap of nature.
