Estate stay

The property is great in terms of its location, views around the place. However, the condition of the rooms, amenities are very poor. We reached the place at night around 9...ish and it was raining continuously. Even after knowing that, the care takers had not even kept ready few of the basic requirements like towels, soap, mosquito repellent and extra. The owner was not present on the property. Rooms were not cleaned( full of spiders, mosquito, and dust).

Situated in middle of estate surrounded by Tall trees which is amazing view.. Not maintained well. Unable to get proper hotwater anytime. it was limited though it is raining and chill. Staffs were good. Food is average, hotels are not nearby, so prepared for that. wooden cottages are not recommended for kids.

We have stayed there for 1 night and it was really awesome experience. Host Rajesh was very friendly in nature and he arranges campfire and music along with some decoration for my birthday without any prior intimation. I diffenately recomend this place if you are looking for unique experience.

Doesn't deserve any star. Place is providing substandard facility with virtually nothing being available. Booking amount taken and no confirmation given despite promising to send the confirmation online. What pics are sent to guest and what actually you see are totally different. Appalling standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Spider webs seen in wooden cottage, washroom is filthy. On complaining provided another room which was equally bad. Basic amenities like a fridge not present. Property is left to a couldn't careless caretaker who is interested in fleecing you for anything he provides. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED

No proper coordination among the staff and the owner. We had to call the owner each and every time to make things happen. Food was not good at all. I strictly DON'T recommend buying food here. The 30 mins early morning estate walk was good.

They offer cottages in the homestay with 4 beds. Wooden double decker cottages also available. USP of the homestay is affordable rates, Awesome place at a great location surrounded by trees, plantation and forest. We stayed for 2 days from Jun 3-5 and would recommend to anybody either family or friends. Pratham the owner and Sachin takecarer at the place are very helpful.

Good place to stay with family, friends and even couples. Great experience in the middle of the woods. Wooden cottages also available. Reasonable prices. Must visit 😀

The place was amazing.... The people taking care of the place were very helpful in every way no matter if it was even at 2 am ... Best ambiance for couples, friends and family... I had an amazing stay here...
