3 BHK flats are converted into separate bedrooms some having balconies. The view is awesome. The host Thelma has maintained the place quite nicely. Ample parking space near caretakers room. This is centrally located in Madikeri town with restaurants nearby. Overall great deal.

A neat, clean place near the centre of Madikeri. The food joints were at a walkable distance, spices were available in abundance, and the experience was serene. There will be no major service requirements since this is a homestay, but there is a caretaker nonetheless. Parking facility is available. Suitable for families and for stays where you're gonna spend most of the day(s) outside the premises.

Ideally located in Medikeri town, easy access to grocery and good restaurants. The hosts are very responsive (we booked via Airbnb), polite, transparent, and check in is easy. Rates are reasonable compared to other stays in the locality. The decor in the room we stayed was old and unpleasant. Apart from this it’s a good place to base yourself and roam around.

Excellent stay at upper Coorg, Madikeri. We booked the entire property and enjoyed a lot. Property has 6 rooms with 4 balconies in 4 rooms. Parking inside and outside available. Caretaker stays at ground floor and you can take 1st and 2nd floor. Every room has washroom and bathroom. There are dinning cum drawing in the property as well, where you can relax and enjoy. Wifi available though it was not working on 2nd day. Caretaker is good and friendly. Easy to find the property through google map. Excellent experience overall.

This is the best homestay at an affordable price range one can take in Coorg. The rooms, service, location and the view from the homestay was really amazing and worthy. The rooms were clean and maintained. This is located at a prime location with utmost accessibility to transport and other needs. It was a peaceful and satisfying stay throughout making my trip memorable.

Templetree homestay is best place for a short stay with family in Madikeri. Location is close to city center just off the main highway, supermarket and restaurants are at a walking distance. Yet the stay has peaceful surroundings with a beautiful view of the valley. The two bedrooms and amenities were clean and more than sufficient for a family of 2-5. The host also provided delicious and symptomatic breakfast which I appreciate much, as one can start their day with a stomach full. Overall it was an extremely pleasant and safe stay, highly recommended by us! Thanks Neethu for the great hospitality!

Rooms were okay but bit pricey as compared to the services given. We traveled with family but provided a shared space which was hindering our privacy. We were asked to keep the area unlocked for other guests. Complementary breakfast was below average and services were extremely poor, however, hotel view was amazing

Amazing homestay with beautiful view. And Host Neethu was so kind, understanding and helpful. Rooms were neat and clean and breakfast was also tasty. If you want cab for sight seeing u MUST talk to her. She provides the contact no of local driver for daily basis and it's very affordable. She is a super host and our stay was super awesome. Thanks a lot Neethu. 🙂🙂
