It's one of the most beautiful properties we have visited lately with spacious rooms. The bungalow can accommodate more than 12 people easily. The view is picturesque from the rooms. The bungalow is well maintained, and you will have all the basic amenities available. The bungalow is located very near to the city. The caretaker was available when required, and it was a good and peaceful stay. It's a pet friendly property.

Posting on behalf of our family : Booking is Done with name on : J K Date : 14 and 15th April , 2024 I recently stayed at Coffee Cottage Home Stay , Coorg and was thoroughly disappointed by the maintenance standards. Despite the promising appearance in the listing photos, the reality was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, it was evident that the property hadn't been properly maintained. The walls were scuffed and in need of a fresh coat of paint in all rooms and there were several noticeable signs of neglect throughout the premises. Moreover, essential amenities such as lighting fixtures and plumbing were in poor condition. We encountered issues with malfunctioning faucets, leaking pipes, and unreliable electrical outlets. These issues not only detracted from the overall comfort of our stay but also raised concerns about safety. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the property left much to be desired. Dust accumulation was noticeable in corners and on surfaces, and we even encountered some stray pests, indicating a lack of proper pest control measures. Overall, the lack of attention to maintenance seriously detracted from our experience at Coffee Cottage Home Stay , Coorg. Despite the potential of the property, its current state does not justify the cost of accommodation. I would strongly advise the management to prioritize maintenance and upkeep to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future guests.

Peaceful Stay. Really wonderful stay. The building is very authentic and gives you a serene feel. Best for group of friends. We played hide and seek at night - lifetime experience!! 😂 Rooms are very huge and the property can easily accommodate 15 to 20 people. Caretaker Sagar is very friendly and helpful and owner Sachin is also very friendly. Located at centre of town. Will recommend a lot!!

It is one of the best places we have stayed in. We (group of 8 people) had a comfortable stay there. The host responds to all your queries and the caretaker was really helpful. He and his family stay in the same compound and will be available always. The cottage is clean and well maintained. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, fridge, water purifier, oven, etc. It is suitable for a very large group of people. 12-15 people can easily stay in the cottage.

Awesome place! Secluded from town but still not far away for the daily needs. Had a pleasant 2 night stay with family of 8 members. We got the entire villa which can accompany 25 members for ourselves. 3 spacious bedrooms and good kitchen / dining areas. The views from balcony is way better than what is seen from raja seat. Thanks to Very courteous hosts Sachin and Sagar.

It is a very nice place to stay in Coorg. The cottage was very neat and huge. It can accommodate 16 people. It has a beautiful view from one of the rooms and also from the balcony. The house was superbly maintained. No rodents or bug and it wasn't smelly. The in-charge there was very supportive and the home cooked food was wonderful too. The owner of the cottage was also is a very nice guy who ensured that we had a great stay. Overall it was a very awesome stay which i would suggest to all my friends
