Stayed here for 1 night. Rooms are clean and well maintained with all required amenities. Bathroom were alright and could have been better in terms of cleanliness. All though we were group of 6, this property can easily accomodate upto 8-9. Location is nearby main road and easily accessible with all essential services available nearby. Also the owner and caretaker were really polite and helpful.

We had worst stay experience in coorg . The owner was rude and the broker was annoying. We asked and requested multiple time to extend the stay but they declined it when they have entire home empty. They didn't inform us to vacate in advance but asked us to leave in the morning that spoiled our day. We requested to keep our luggage till we find new hotel but they declined that too. NOT RECOMMENDED STAY AWAY FROM IT.

The stay was awesome and memorable, do stay at this place, The view is just mesmerizing , Their service is up to mark, Athuff this guy has helped us lots, this is close to town, 10 on 10👍

One of the best budget Homestay in Coorg near madikeri town. The complimentary 2 breakfast was so so good and home taste. You can try spicy pulao for breakfast. The rooms are clean and neat.

Athoof's property and friendliness is really a thing to appreciate Along with it the location in which the rooms are situated is really great.

Worst experience, the owner is so rigid, and does not allow us to keep our bag for some time there when we checked out in the afternoon since we had a bus in the evening We had to take a room outside to keep our luggage for a few hours The caretaker was getting aggressive on asking to keep the bags Don't take this, there are many nice homestays available nearby

One of the worst rooms in madikeri, make sure u take ur own beds ,pillows ,bedsheets and room freshners because beds are having moisture
