Full points for cleanliness. The property is very neatly maintained with top class accommodation and food. The property is surrounded by scenic beauty of coffee plantation. Can relax and free up your mind and soul with great hospitality.

We stayed for 2 days and the Stay was Amazing in the Lap of Nature. Kava Retreat is a hidden gem surrounded by lush greenery. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is incredibly hospitable and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The food served was delicious, with authentic local flavors. I loved waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying a cup of coffee amidst the beautiful coffee plantations. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!

We stayed for 2 days at Kava retreat. It was awesome experience. It was well maintained.Location was breathtaking. Staff was very friendly. Evening snacks both veg ang nonveg were too good and tasty. Filter coffee ❤️ Like snacks dinner, lunch , breakfast was awesome ( nothing to complain). Amenities like parking, children play area, few indoor sports, outdoor sports were there. We got an opportunity to meet the owner of the property Mr Ravi. He was very friendly and shared lot of new things about coffee plantation. We had a walk through their plantation and it was truly a bliss. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and we are looking forward to visit again with the same experience. 🙂🙂 Highly recommend

We stayed for two days and thoroughly enjoyed the service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The evening snacks and meals were exceptionally delicious and flavorful. The rooms were very clean and hygienic, and the location was fantastic, offering plenty of space for kids to play.

We Visited KAVA for new year celebration (30 Dec to 1 Jan), We were a group of 12 adults and 9 kids. We booked all available 6 rooms. Our stay was Awesome, Rooms were top notch, Food was great and great hospitality by Super hosts. They have ample space for kids to play, Good space for car parking and Fire camp and party. Hosts Shilpa madam and Ravikumar Sir were very humble and helpful. Cook Suresh was knows how to make your taste buds dance with Joy, He was keep visiting us and asking for reviews and any change and taste in food, He Never said no to all our requests. All the other supporting staff were service oriented. Unfortunately we couldn't meet manager Umera Madam as she was on leave, But over phone she made sure we had a comfortable stay, She gave every inch information about homestay, food and nearby places. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would like to visit again.

Stayed very recently in Kava home stay, I have few points to share. Room cleanliness: Room Cleanliness is average. Blankets doesn’t feel like fresh and its repeated. Wash rooms are clean and sufficient ventilation. Food : Completely unhappy with the menu and food hygiene. Not enough staffing and kitchen hygiene is completely ignored. Food quality is average. Never expected this quality of tea and coffee at Chikkamagaluru even road side shops do better. All Foods served very late and they prepare very small quantities. Very limited menu. Staff : Not guest friendly. You need to wait till the 5:30pm to get coffee or tea. Rules are like hostel. They make you feel like you are getting their service without giving any money. Ambiance cleanliness: constructions and reworking is happening and too much dust and not cleaned premises. Owner: only this part is good. They are good and talking to guests very friendly. Kava needs to work a lot on guest comfort. Kitchen is small and you have cleaning place next to kitchen and this will make guest uncomfortable. Pls make sure your cooks are clean and maintain hygiene. You are a coffee bean 🫘 maker. Pls give coffee availability to guests on request basis. Pls give importance to premise cleanliness and room cleanliness. Kindly arrange local and authentic food instead of freeze foods and Upittu all the time. Also pls give quality food to guests. As we are not compromised in collecting money as stated let’s not compromise on guest services. Thanks 🙏

We visited the Kava retreat a week back, we had a very pleasant experience during our stay. We were 10 friends visiting together, the rooms are spacious, neat and clean. The staff is very kind and helpful, we enjoyed the bonfire, the misty weather and the stay in the coffee plantation, Of course the food is delicious. The location is in the forest where we are far away from all the noises of the city. Must recommended place in Chikmagalur.
