had a wonderful stay at the property The caretaker, Sabu, was extremely kind and polite—his warm hospitality truly made our stay very comfortable he also helped us with local sightseeing, which made the experience even better. As for the property itself, it was very decent with spacious, clean rooms and all the necessary amenities. The area is surrounded by lush green mountains, offering a perfect view and a peaceful environment that’s ideal for a relaxing getaway. I absolutely loved the stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene and pleasant experience.

As a family we had a pleasant stay in this tranquil property. As everyone says we had experienced a great hospitality from Mr. Sabu who was simply amazing 👏. He arranged a beautiful place to celebrate my father's birthday 🎂 🥳 🎉. Though we stayed for a day but had a memorable time. Love to come back. You cannot miss this property if you are looking for a villa kind of home stay for your family with four beautiful rooms, modular kitchen, TV hall with netflix and a pool.

Beautiful stay in the lap of nature with Sabu and his wife being as helpful as other reviews suggest. They brought in another person ( Victor) to oversee the property from Kovalam since Sabu and his wife were going on Easter holiday. Friendly and helpful and made us feel comfortable. Helped with arranging baby food. One suggestion, please note that this is not feedback- please remove the lights over the bed and replace it with a ceiling fan if possible. The fan on the wall doesn't really reach the bed on high speed and peak summer months do require a fan. Will definitely visit again!!

We had amazing stay here. The caretaker and his wife were so thoughtful and kind, even arranging for us to come watch how they cooked breakfast so we could learn! They were always on hand when we needed anything like travel support or advice about what to do. The room was lovely and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great bathroom. The breakfasts were SO delicious and we loved dipping in the pool when coming back from hot treks. Would definitely recommend ☀️

It's a lovely place where you can stay away from the hustle bustle of the city. The property and rooms are clean and well maintained. During our visit unfortunately Sabu and his wife were away so we were mostly on our own to figure out food, cleaning supplies etc. That still did not spoil the experience too much, I am sure the stay will be more enjoyable while they are around. I would still love to visit again!

Rooms are spacious and worth the money. Service provided by caretaker is worth mentioning. Very friendly and welcoming person, he provided with lots of suggestions to us, since it was our first time here. The location is also near to anachal center and easily accessible. A must visit.👍👍👍

I had a wonderful stay at Kayyath Valley Resort! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the whole place has a peaceful, relaxing vibe that made it easy to unwind. A special mention goes to Sabu Chettan, the host—he was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The food they serve is absolutely delicious, with a real homely touch. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming getaway in nature

Kayyath Valley is a beautiful and peaceful place surrounded by nature. You can sit on the balcony, watch the birds and relax the whole day or pick from the many activities which this area offers. The hosts are truly kind and hospitable. The home made food is so delicious. I recommend this place to everyone who would like to get away and reconnect with their loved ones and nature.
