I think they have changed their name. I enjoyed my stay a lot, although the rooms are bit small. But the compound area is very good and bit large. If you have kids, they are definitely going to enjoy. Owner lives on the ground floor and he himself is the CHEF here. He definitely cook you fingerlicki food. On demand Bonn fire arrangements are available. Situated in very peaceful area. Negative point , which some people may hate, is it is far way from the town.

Hi all, I had opted for this property owing to only one reason. My relatives(8 members-couples) who are senior citizens want to spend a group holiday in Munnar. I found out this property and initially asked for a 3 day package but 4days later reduced it to 2 days & communicated to Mr.Shiyas and he agreed for it. Though no reviews were there in many of the leading sites I opted for this property which has 4 rooms only for the reason the way Mr.Shiyas treated me while interacting over phone. I had even transfered advance amount of ₹.2000 to confirm my booking with dates mentioned April 15-17. Any frequent traveller would easily make out the check in date is 15th & check out date is 17th. Total of 2 days. To ascertain this I asked him to share his mail id for sending the confirmation which he never shared. Check in was smooth and on 16th night around 9pm he started his mess up. He started claiming it was for 3 days and no communication was made to him about the changes.( I have Watsapp proof with dates clearly mentioned). I really doubt on his understanding. At one point he asked my relatives to check out of his property at that time. When they contacted me over phone and even me explaining to him the conversation we had he was not ready to listen to it. He told me he is a member of association & going to police. I told him I don't mind if he is an association member and asked him to go to police. I guided my relatives to move out since we had a vehicle & even arranged room in a star hotel with my contacts. The caretaker(don't remember his name) was extremely a kind person and he didn't allow them to check out. Only because of the caretakers kindness my relatives checked out the next day morning which was as per schedule. Mr.Shiyas if this is the way you treat your guests I don't know how you expect people to choose your property again. Also if you guys just google the property you can find review only in the name of Shiyas Abrahim & hope I am the second person. Guys be aware. Note Shiyas : If I had been there the situation would have been different for the way you have behaved with senior citizens

Good, rooms and local availability of of commercial items, very good way to access the cottage. Behaviour of staffs good.
