NillIt is a great choice in Fort Kochi. It is a typical Kerala house with a beautiful garden, a big balcony, a back terrace, spacious and private guest area with a full equiped kitchen available to use. Everything to see and do in fort kochi is walking distance. Miss joyce's family is such a caring loving family that will make you feel at home. the communication is fast and they are very responsive at any time. Plus the Wifi works spotless. Highly recommended 👌🏾

NillA very beautiful place, just around the corner to the centre of Fort Cochin. The place is very quiet and the rooms separated from the family living space. The 3 rooms they offer have a separate entrance, separate balcony, a kitchen and a living room for all the guests who are staying there. There is a washing machine which can be used and drinking water. The best part is the family. All members are very kind and help wherever they can. A great place to stay for exploring Fort Cochin!

NillPeniel is probably the nicest place we have stayed so far on our India trip. The family at this homestay is so friendly, and helped us with everything from recommending restaurants to booking our onward trip to Munnar. The facilities are also great, we enjoyed having access to a kitchen, and there was even a washing machine that we got to use for free!! 10/10 homestay at a very affordable price.

★★★★★We really enjoyed our stay with Roy, Joice and their lovely children. They are a wonderful, warm and friendly family. We enjoyed breakfast cooked by Joice each morning during our stay, the masala dosa was amazing!||The guest rooms are upstairs where there are several guest rooms with their own bathrooms, a shared living space, a lovely big balcony and a basic kitchen (with guest fridge so you can enjoy a cold beer on the balcony in the evening!) There is a space to do your laundry and also washing lines on the roof to dry which we found very useful. ||Location is great, walking distance to restaurants and shops. The whole space is super clean and newly renovated so quality is great. There are mosquito nets over every door and window and we didn't get any bugs or flies inside at all which actually makes all the difference!||We had to leave our room at 11am so the family could prepare the room for the next guests but as our flight wasn't until later in the evening, we were able to leave our luggage in the living area whilst we enjoyed our final day. We also had use of the communal bathroom to freshen up before our departure which was very handy.||Thanks to the family for a brilliant stay, we will definitely stay here again if we ever return to Fort Kochi!

★★★★★We were warmly welcomed into the home of Roy, Joice and their two delightful children. They made us feel part of their family. The meals prepared by Joice were tasty and authentic South Indian food. The home was clean and well appointed. They Amon family provided for all of our needs and were very considerate people. Roy helped us with bookings and tourist attractions without any hassle or bias. The home is an easy walk to everything you need to see or do in Fort Kochi but in a very quiet and peaceful area. The owners occupy downstairs and guests have the entire upper floor to themselves. At this price point, we would highly recommend this homestay.

NillConvenient but nice and quiet. Pleasant balcony, clean room and bathroom. Joice made me a variety of Lovely Keralan breakfasts. I was on my own and my hosts were very helpful, friendly and supportive, making my stay easier. I was well looked after and had all the quiet and privacy I wanted. Lovely hosts. I felt quite at home.

★★★★★I stayed at Peniel Residency with my family in August 2017. This is a true homestay and Joyce and Roy made us very welcome. We enjoyed Joyce's home cooked breakfasts in the family dining room. We took a Kerala cooking class with Joyce and learned to make classic Kerala dishes sambar, thoran, masala dosa, which was also great fun. The location is great, very quiet and easy walking distance to Fort Kochi centre. Accommodation is very nice, spacious, and great value.
