ARABIAN PEARL HOME STAY

Had a very good experience. My host Ruben was amazing and he recommended many good places and things to do in fort kochi. He took care of all the requirements I had as a working traveler.

I am so much disappointed with your service. The room is not clean. Somebody left the used sanitory menstrual pad in the washroom it was not cleaned before we check in. I was there for 3 days , though I have asked the manager santhosh manager to get it cleaned he didn't care. He doesn't know any other language than malayalm. It's was so difficult to communicate with him more over he is very much angry person. Though I have checked in at night 2 am he charged for 1day I have paid. But as per the policy we have to leave by 12 pm I just asked for 30 mins extra time as I was running late he was like irritating n He was talking something in malayalam which I didn't understand. It was a bad experience and not worth of staying there for that cost. I dint recommend this place to anyone. After 3 days of stay I have vacated and shifted to different place

The home stay is at the center of Fort kochi and all the places are at walkable distance. Room and washroom were clean. The owner is such a nice person, very humble and helpful

A very cosy homestay with an ideal location. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy. Close to all the major attractions. ||The only negative side is the power cuts during night (not often) which caused the A/C to switch off.||||Note: Do not expect staff to always be there for your service. It's literally a homestay. The cleaning person will come and clean your room each morning.

Location is good, but a little inside and that means you have to cross the houses' narrow gully to get here. Can't trace on Google maps easily. The ownner was helpful, came out to the street to show us the way. This is a two floor home converted into a homestay which means this is ideal for those who just want a clean place to stay without any luxury amenities. Just basic toiletries, towel, AC, and TV. For anything else, you have to step out which was ok for me. Since it is so close to the main road and there are plenty of cycle and bike renting options, that helped. Restaurants are also in a walkable distance and so is the beach. TV does not have most Hindi channels as it looks like the focus is on foreign tourists but you anyway don't come to such a place to watch TV. My only concern was the poor slope of the bathroom floor, the water would stagnate there for 5 minutes until it flows out. Had this been taken care of and I would have rated this as a 5 star homestay for those who need a simple clean homestay. Was about to rate 3 but the owner was nice to have allowed us for an early check-in seeing us walk in the hot sun in the morning. Mind the heat if you are traveling anytime other than Nov through Jan.

It’s an fantastic experience. Peaceful place and calm nature. Breakfast was good and tasty. Big rooms everything was new and well designed very near to beach and all nearby attractions. Stayed for 5nights. Will recommend

Nice place but hard to find (NO OYO glow sign board) just go 30 meters ahead of Google location and you will find almost 1 meter wide lane (very narrow just walkable lane) on your left....... Lane will automatically go to left and reach to a gate which is the said home stay.......

Bit difficult to find the stay. Near to Fort Kochi beach. All the main attractions of Fort Kochi are easily accessible. Church, beach, boat jetty are nearby.
