Prems Homestay

The hosts are very friendly but the rooms are poorly maintained. All the mosquito nets on the windows were broken at various points. So of course mosquitoes in the room. No mosquito machine only coil which everyone can't use due to smoke. The kitchen space with room was really dirty. It's okay to not have it functional but to have such dirty space attached to rooms made my parents and me feel very bad. Many lights were unfunctional. Not enough chairs to sit. Very old pillows. Bed linen was average and didn't feel very clean. One of the rooms' toilet jet was so broken it was almost like having shower. Couldn't imagine having such hand jet in a toilet. Must be repaired before providing to anyone. Many other little things also needed repair. Cleaning not available every day. Parking on the main road a bit away from house with neighbors creating problems about parking in front of their gates. The host was very friendly and allowed us to use her kitchen for making tea. We did use it once. But must maintain the house rigorously before taking guests.

I had a fantastic experience at the homestay! The hospitality was exceptional, the accommodations were comfortable, and the host went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this homestay for anyone seeking a warm and welcoming environment. A special mention to celia for making my stay exceptional.

It was such a beautiful experience. The food tasted amazing and the rings were near with hot water facilities available. The owner is so kind and she helped us plan our trip around Fort Kochi too. It was budget friendly to top it all off. 10/10, will recommend.

The rooms were clean. The hostess was very welcoming and gave us excellent advice on the tourist spots and what to avoid as well. It is literally close to everything. Walkable distance to most things. I would highly recommend the place.

I was little late for giving this review. I stayed with my family in 2009 and the stay was amazing. Happy to know you guys are still maintaining your goodwill. Keep going, will stay again on our next visit to Kerala.

Me and my American friend stayed here for a week and the place is decent for the money we paid. MR prem and his daughter were very kind, welcoming and helpful. I'd recommend it to other travellers.

Amazing people and stay!!! Owners are truly amazing, Mam and Sir have suggested us the best places to visit and we also made all our purchases based on their suggestions only. They have guided us more than Google maps ☺️ Rooms are clean and mam has arranged us a room for extra hours as well. Coming to the location, we can just walk to visit the tourist spots and they all are situated within 1-3km from the stay.
