Awful rooms. In the amenities they say they will provide AC but actually they only have a few rooms with ac and they gave us non-ac. There was an alive cockroach and spider webs here and there. Bathroom equipments are super unclean and needed plumbing. Host was very rude when i told him about these things and he asked me to cancel booking. Very bad experience

Perfect location but terrible rooms. Poorly managed with zero upkeep and maintenance. The room was dusty and had cobwebs, while the basic bathroom had no hot water and the shower didn't work so we had to use the bucket. Not sure when they last cleaned the bathroom/toilet but the mirror even was covered in scum. Zero ventilation in the rooms so thank goodness for the air conditioning. The staff were friendly and helpful but such a shame as its a beautiful old house with so much history. Loved the team and the location but not worth the price they charged us.

This was our first stop of our India trip and it was so relaxing that we ended up staying another night! The host is very nice, welcoming and always ready to help! The rooms are spacious basic but comfortable, the cherry on the cake is the beautiful courtyard garden ♥️

Not the best place to stay. The rooms were dirty, shower was dirty as well. We have found hair on bed linens. Also in one of the rooms there were cockroaches. The hall is nice and very spacious, in the evenings they have karaoke, can be both an advantage and disadvantage, depending on your preferences.

It was a great place to stay. Quite, tidy room. Nice garden inside. Fresh water inside. The host is friendly and helpful. In the hall, some of the local people sing together sometimes. It was a good experience, I can recommend it with warm heart.

We stayed here while we were on our vacation. The property is beautiful. It has a lovely vibe. The host are very polite and welcoming. Rooms were clean and tidy. Just like an average room that you see in a middle class house. Washroom was clean.

This place is an old dutch style bungalow. The place is very green, well planted, peaceful and calm. The rooms are well worth the price you pay. There is a table as well if you wish to work. I didn't used the wifi so not sure on this. There are well cleaned veranda with table and chairs to sit and chill on. There may be mosquitoes in some season so good to carry odomoss. The property is managed by someone who is fond of art and music. We also got to be part of a music evening where they specially sung hindi songs for us. The beach is walk able and online food can be ordered. Over all a value for money stay

One of the best stays in and around fort kochi , rooms are good , service is good . The location of hotel is kinda center of fort kochi which makes it convenient to travel . Even though the rooms doesn't have windows it's pretty chill & there's a garden next to the room. I would definitely recommend this for the One willing to have a peaceful stay with no disturbance Well people who go over reviews , must definitely go over this place , it's very good one Thankyou..
