Spice Holidays Homestay

We a had a wonderful 3 night stay over Christmas at Spice home stay. The room was a bargain for the price; it was comfortable, clean, we had hot water and wifi that worked. The owner is a very nice man who was so friendly and helpful. On Christmas Day we had a little homemade cookie and some homemade wine which was so nice of him. Perfect location, on a quiet street right in the centre close to everything Fort Kochi has to offer. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in this area 🙂

A homestay. yes it is because we feel at home under the protection of Anthony and his lovely wife Leila. They really take care of you , always ready to help. They offer different rooms according to your budget but the warm welcome is the same for every one. Quite well situated in the center of Fort kochi. Unfortunately they don't serve breakfast but there are some possibilities in a walking distance. Highly recommended!

The host was really nice and gave us great advice, what to do and eat in Kochi. Also the room was clean. We took the cheapest option and we couldn't complain about anything. The location is just the place to be. So great homestay, especially bc it's quite cheap aswel.

Excellent location|Spacious room with clean sheets, towels, and a good shower with hot water.|Hospitality from Anthony the owner was lovely, with plenty of information and history of fort Kochi. A little overpriced in my opinion, but I truly enjoyed my stay!

Unique experience as the homestay design itself beautifully with small garden, library . We stayed one night non ac room . All aminities provided are good . No food is served, but many good restaurants are nearby . Chinese fishing net and Cochin fort are at walkable distance. The main thing to mention is the host Anthony uncle. Very cooperative and ready to help with smile. Though we stay for only one night but on our request he is ready to keep our extra luggage for a week without any charge. Really a superb personality. We will definitely visit again.

A small but spacious stay. The host was very polite and approachable, he also helped us with a lot of suggestions to go around the place. Walkable distance from major attractions in Fort Kochi. Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly hosting, the owner Anthony helped me to do my laundry at a reasonable cost, booked taxi's, gave me a nail cutter and offered medical pragmatic advice after I broke a toe nail. We also had some great conversations- he is kind and compassionate. Besides the warm hosting, the location itself is amazing. It is quiet and away from a main road, nice quality of guests who are quiet, etc and the rooms are clean with a little balcony, a small writing desk, your own toilet and bathroom...firm mattresses, what more could you ask? Reasonably priced for the area, you really cannot go too wrong. It is close to many of the touristy locations, also close to lots of lovely eating places.

Mr Anthony the host is a very sweet person. He will guide you most of the things from food to travel. Had an amazing stay the guest house. Rooms are clean and are value for money. Many cafes and restaurants at walking distance. The place is safe even for female travellers.
