Jacaranda holiday home

I visit there with my Friends. Through one of my friend. and we already informed the owner we check in After 7o clock. and when we reach there the rooms are not ready. after 30 minits wait rooms give. but when we go inside the room its horrible. feel like very bad smoking Smell. Bathrooms were gross and bugs were everywhere! and we inform the Caretaker ( a Lady ) said Just open the window its ll be alright. i booked AC room. Lady, who take care the property, she told us room not ready need 15 or 20 minutes for cleaning.. 🤬 This is not good because we already informed when we are there... any way I already Paid the room rent. then i request please Give me Other rooms. they have total 9 rooms. only 1 room we saw guest but caretaker said all room full no way to change... We knows nobody's there ....any way they didn't change room.. After the payment they behaviour totally changed. I never recommended this place. Thank You.

Very Bad Experience 🤮 We are Three ....👨‍👧‍👧 Book the room through one of my friend... We informed to owner, check in late evening only. Around 7 o'clock in the evening we are there... We feel bad because many people there ...like party going on...all are drinking and smoking 🤮 Lady, who take care the property, she told us room not ready need 15 or 20 minutes for cleaning.. 🤬 This is not good because we already informed when we are there... Any way we agree for waiting. So we go and back again around 08:00 pm.. Party finish and nobody's there... We pay money ( not really expensive) and to the room... Terrible 😡🥵 very bad smoke smell inside the room... Its really bad smell .. We complaint ... But the Lady said room good and no smell 🤬 They have 9 rooms only 1 room we saw guest but caretaker said all room full no way to change... We knows nobody's there ....any way they didn't change room.. For us "TERRIBLE" Night 🤮🤮🤮. I never recommended this place 🤬

I recommend you to stay at Jacaranda holiday home. It is a very nice new and clean house. The proprietor Anil is a very nice and kind person. I spent 2 days there and I had the chance to taste the breakfast prepared by his wife and it was delicious.

The hospitality at this homestay is spectacular. The owner is very kind and attentive to your needs. The rooms are spacious and clean! This is the best deal in kochi, so affordable! I had a wonderful time here, and I even extended my stay. I highly recommend this cool spot! Happy travels !

Nice rooms and good ambition to stay.. Very good owner and we checked in at 11 Pm an still they have allowed us to stay..

Worst place to stay high charges ,no facilities available. After entering hotel there is no communication they are not responding .what pic and reviews they are showing that is no use .waste of money better to go with other hotel within same rate.

The owner is really a nice guy, Great & furnished room with basic facility. It's like of home/flat room stay.
