I just visited fort kochi..and I just booked room from bernard owner of dreamcatcher home stat & residency in fort Cochi.he gave us 2 big family rooms ..and the are much comfortable for my family ..rooms are cleaned & good toilet with good new ac. Ac works. well ..and owner takecare alot.. highly recommended for all coming new quest.and iam from pollachi.tamilnadu state

We booked 1 month back and we have seen and read the reviews from Google and TripAdvisor. Owner Bernard gave good hospitality and gave you the visiting places explanation. We took two air conditioned room with our 5 friends Clean room, clean toilet, in front of the home good garden, nice rooftop area and good hospitality. Highly recommended to all coming new guests

I had booked the ground floor rooms for our stay but uncle gave provided room upgrade without any extra Pay. He is very caring, talkative and humble. Enjoyed stay at Dream catcher homestay.

The room that we got was clean and neat and the price for the room also very reasonable. We planned for just 1 night and then we extended for 3 nights. Uncle (the property owner) was very friendly and sweet. They way he suggested the places to visit hear also completed our visit fully and the specific back water boating was really good and reasonable. Much recommended for the people who comes here for Fort Kochi.

Actually we planned to stay for 1 night and further we extended for 3 nights. The service was exceptional— Bernard uncle was friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Kochi.

Just don‘t. We only stayed because we were tired after a long flight and did not yet know about the standards in India. The room was not clean. Bedsheets were used, found a flea in bed, I requested a fresh sheet and got a little sheet that only spanned half the bed. Windows could not be opened and the rooms smelled like mould. Wifi was often not available. We booked a budget room, which upon arrival we were shown as the „stinky room“ and the owner pressured us into taking a more expensive room. No room should look and smell like this! The owner will pressure people into giving good reviews. He is also racist and prejudiced against many different groups. Don‘t trust the good reviews. You can get a much better room for the same price.

Hello, we had booked this place to end our Kochi - Kodaikanal trip. Initially we made a mistake while booking and had booked a room for 22nd but needed to change it to the 29th. Make my trip had assisted us in correcting the booking dates. All of this got sorted, but we were yet to learn the true experience of staying here and the ridiculous hospitality provided by the people who run this place. When we arrived, the owner of this property called my partner many times to talk to him about the issue of the dates. Apparently the owner hadn’t received the payment from Make my trip but somehow he was pinning it on us, making it our issue and asking us to resolve it with Make my trip. He kept yelling at us, and he also was incredibly rude and inappropriate with things he was saying. He asked us why we had booked such a low budget room, when in fact we had booked an AC room. So firstly he did not have the correct booking details and on top of that, he was making it our fault for not having the right details. He kept complaining about not having received the payment from Make my trip. This is all happening on our arrival, after a long bike trip of seven hours and more. They kept moving our bags around because they were uncertain about the room / booking details. We had asked for an extra towel and soaps that never came. Also the owner was making it seem like he had done us a favor and offered us a room free of cost, when in fact we have already paid for this booking. He treated us with utter disrespect. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone, avoid at all costs. The rooms are alright, nothing to brag about; there is a very weird smell in the rooms as well. We didn’t stay there for too long, we stayed for one night and left the next day because we didn’t want to deal with the owners of this property / be in the same place anymore.

We came here with the group of four people's and the owner Bernard gave has good tgree bedroom comfortable sleep |Better than online booking .com online rate|We check the Google and took the phone number from the dream catcher from the Google site|Good clean room and good hospitality and good talk straight way and good Garden with rooftop|Highly recommend to all coming new guest to dream catcher |Dream catcher residency also same home stay.
