I stayed at this property for two nights in Nov 2023 with my family. This is the third time I am staying at this property. It is a great property both from the point of room upkeep, facilities provided and location. The owner Mr Sunil Babu and his wife, go out of their way to make the guests comfortable by meeting requests of the guests, such as linens, blankets, pillow, water, etc etc. The ideal location of being bang on the main road and close to Fort Cochin is a major plus. Also there is a kitchen/pantry area if one were to make their own coffee/tea or a quick bite. Only negative point would be that the rooms are on 2nd floor and one need to climb them with luggage which would be inconvenient for senior citizen guests like me and my wife. But this is more than overcome by service provided by the Mr Babu with a clean/tidy rooms.

Very nice homestay. Will recommend to everyone. Hospitality and services were nice. Reasonable price too. Budget friendly yet spacious. They provide kitchen like setup too.Verymich close to.heart of fortkochi

The room was comfortable. Facilities such as the shower and WiFi worked well. Water bottle is complimentary. There is a small kitchen with a watercooker, a table and chairs, container with drinking water. You can make tea or coffee here (no stove) and prepare something to eat. Friendly helpful manager. Security is good||||Location on busy Jawahar road is not bad, but not in the middle of the historic Fort area. The apartment is on the top floor of the building and heats up considerably during the day. The advantage is that it is quiet.||It is more a place where you rent a room.

Good bed and shower, very clean room and helpful owner. Location is quite far from the main things to do in Fort Kochi but you can walk in 20 minutes or take an auto. There is also a small dining area where tea is provided and you can sit at the table and chairs to relax if you want to. Bottles of water also freely provided. No complaints at all.

The manager let me in around midnight. There was only one small room left and it was on the ground. The location was good for me because I enjoyed walking. There are some very steep hills coming back from the beach, and you may want to hire an auto rickshaw. The view of the ocean was good. I saw my first praying mantis outside in the courtyard.

Mini and Sunil the owners of CL Dreams Home Stay are the nicest people you will ever meet. They make you feel at home in their home. Rooms are clean and large with hot and cold shower. You can choose AC or non AC. It is a very safe and secure location (great if you are a single female traveller, or are concerned about safety at all). The family live on the second floor, guests are on the top floor, so everything is super secure. The house is away from the main tourist area which I like. It is easy to either ride a bike, scooter or catch an auto into town, just a few minutes away. Sunil and Mini can organise Biju to guide you around Kochi in his auto also (Biju is a local legend and amazing guide!). I also recommend to walk 2 minutes down the end of their road to visit the Dakshina Bharata Kalari, where you will see local children practicing the ancient art of Kalarippayat. If you would like to feel welcome, safe, and comfortable I highly recommend this beautiful family as your home in Fort Kochi.

CL Dreams Home Stay is 100% recommendable. The hosts were extremely nice and generous and their top priority was that we are happy. Could easily extend another night, everything very uncomplicated. The rooms were very very clean and we felt very comfortable and safe.
