We had Good stay, very nice family. The rooms are clean and have shared living room. We had really interesting conversations with the hosts, and they booked for us tickets to activities. If you look for a budget stay in Kochi, this is a great place!

The room was clean and well maintained. The hosts are really nice people who were always eager to help. They suggested local tourist spots as well. Only downside is that you have to walk through a narrow pathway to reach the property. Location is very near to the beach and water metro terminal.

Aunty and uncle have been great people hosting me and my family. They are very kind and suggested some places to see in and around during our stay . The rooms are properly maintained and the area is quiet. Must visit the beach road beach in this area.

Juliet and Sebastian are very friendly and welcoming. I was treated warmly and felt like a sister by the end of my stay.The room was light, airy, and clean and the bed was very comfortable..The bathroom was clean and had a great shower! Juliet was very helpful in organizing a driver and gave good tips on where to go for what ! She even booked my train ticket online.She cooked the most delicious Kerala meals on request and I found it very difficult to leave! I booked for one night and stayed two weeks!The Homestay was perfectly located for my needs, and I could walk to most places from there.I would go back there without hesitation and I recommend it highly.

Awesome place to stay near Fort Kochi. The host is very generous and welcoming. She is very calm, composed and helpful lady. We were treated with great warmth during our stay and it felt like home. The rooms, washrooms, linen everything is so neat and clean. There is nice greenary in front of the house. A 10/10 place based on the affordability of the property.

Very nice stay at El Casa Homestay! Juliet and her husband were very helpful and gave us some travel tips. We stayed 4 nights in the family room which was perfect for us. Spacious and very clean. We took the traditional kerala breakfast, charged extra, a couple times and it was delicous!! Pretty much everything is walking distance away or else rickshaw is very cheap. I would recommand this place without hesitation.

It is very good to stay in Kochi with friends and family. We friends stayed there for two days. We forgot our wallet there. They called us and returned it. Juliet and sebastian,Both of them were very friendly. All in all very good
