Very good and clean place with great service. Beautiful garden and overall property. Food was fresh and very tasty. Rooms are big and well equipped. Also they are pets friendly that helped us a lot in our travel plans. Highly recommended!

I was bit doubtful when I booked it. But we had a great time. Homely yet professional. Sheeja cooks good food. Rajesh, the owner is a great guy, who even helped us to get our car ac repaired. Nice place. Helpful people.

This is a clean, pet friendly, spacious, not overly expensive stay (Rs 3000 a night), away from the hustle and bustle, has a nicely made garden and sit out, well lit and ventilated room, overlooking the canal / river, of off the Vembanad lake. I was on the ground floor room, with a little sit out porch and spacious attached bath. Carparking facility and fully fenced property, so my dog was happy! It was lovely interacting with Garggi for my booking, Sheeja the caretaker was great and it was nice meeting Garggi's dad. Areas of improvement: 1) The black duvet wasn't clean, smelly, and perhaps not laundered after the previous guest. So made do with some extra sheets I asked for. 2) The washbasin had dirty water coming out of the pipe below so it was challenging to use it. Though they promtly fixed it the next day. 3) The hot water geyser is a very small capacity so hot water will become cold after 1 minute. 4) The homely, simple, average lunch meal was overpriced at Rs 550.

Rooms are big and clean place. Service is good. Homely atmosphere. We stayed in Tree house too and it was a new experience.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. The decor is very nice and the large windows make the rooms very nice and light but with enough shade from the trees. The view looking out to their pretty garden with many palm trees so you get to enjoy nature whilst the garden is well maintained. Also the rooms are seperated so you good amount of privacy. The location is really picturesque and peaceful by the backwaters and a 5 minute walk to the huge scenic lake. This area feels very authentic and kept beautiful. The breakfast was tasty and the owners are hospitable. I recommend this place a lot as this place holds very high standards at an affordable price.

Awesome stay. Nice care taken by Ms gargi and Mr Rajesh sir. Location is nearby backwater along with boating facility. Rooms and toilets are neat and clean.

To anyone who wish to book rooms here online, please dont get carried away by the pictures published. Rooms are horrible with lizards moving around all over, glass house room with centipedes & lizards with very low standards. Not a good place for family & children. We had to vacate within hours of our check-in that too after paying in full for the days we did not stay & the gate was locked by a local guy fearing we may leave without paying. Our most horrible experience ever. Recommend people to check-in better resorts or hotels available which are very close to the back waters for a comfortable & safe stay
