We booked for 1 night through Airbnb and had a pleasant stay here. Owner stays next to the property and is quite helpful and polite. Had a quite smoother, worry-free experience here.

Best for family stay available in Thekkady (Kumily). The rooms were spacious, neat & clean. Hot water is available at all times. This is actually a house and you can safely park your vehicle as well. Thekkady boating & Elephant camp point is just walkable distance from here (around 1km). Bus & cab station, local market & eateries are also at walkable distance.

One of best budget stay available in Thekkady. The room was spacious, neat and clean. Hot water is available at morning. Note that this is a budget stay and dont expect so much facilities. We were provided with towels, soap etc. The guy who manages the homestay is very nice(I cant remember his name) and helpful. Best for family. This is actually a house and you can safely park your vehicle as well. The thekkady boating point is just walkable distance from here (around 700mtrs). We have noticed power failure at morning time and looks like its normal there.

I had stayed in Blessdale Homestay for 2 days in last month with my family. Their Hospitality was very good. The homestay provides a calm and peaceful atmosphere that all people will love. They have excellent rooms with balconies that helps us to enjoy the views out of the rooms.

As it was a Family Visit i was very much happy with the place. Very clean and also very quiet. The manager (Jeffy) was extremely nice and service minded. You will get an excellent breakfast and if you want any food, fruits etc. from outside, . I highly recommend this place, very good value for money. I will definitely be back.

Budget Rooms...!! It has essential things and clean washrooms. They are charging around 1000 - 1500 bucks based on room type. Not a royal castle but good & clean. It's near thekkady boat pick up point which is added advantage. Silent & peaceful location.
