Big clean rooms with comfy beds. Lovely welcoming owners with lots of information and always ready to help. Budget friendly. The accommodation is very peaceful and quite, can hear all the birds. Beautiful views from the balcony. We saw more animals from the balcony than we did on the national park walk! Bison, buffalo, deer and stags you will see.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Konark Homestay. The host is really caring, the rooms are spacious, and the view from the common balcony is fantastic. It is a great place to sit and watch the animals.

Amazing view from balcony. You' can already seen Wild animals by day and night from It. Ask núm.4"bulbul" room if you' can. Clean, Hot wáter, very friendly persons. Walking distance to Tiger boating tour.

Very Nice place to stay on budget. Family friendly. The owner was very kind to us.. nice view of the nearby forest. on the day we arrived we were able to see a few bisons and wild boar. Highly Recommended

Bad experience. Hot water was not provided (in case if you're travelling in monsoon). The owner was very hard to reach. They hardly took our call. No breakfast was provided as compared to other homestay.

Wonderful place to stay in the budget. Rooms with basic facilities, not very fancy. Being in the middle of the town, this place still offers the feel of being away from crowd. Balcony at the back of the house has beautiful view of wetland. You can sit here with cup of tea and binoculars and do birdwatching or read a book or just relax. The wonderful couple who runs the place is always ready to help with anything or also to make chai for you anytime. Yummy home cooked food. Definitely worth staying here for the price you pay. Very close to the entry gate for Periyar national park.
