Disappointing Experience I recently stayed at[Karunya Homestay] with friends, and unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. The room was not well-maintained, with an unclean bathroom and some damaged taps. Although the service man was friendly before payment, there were several issues that detracted from our stay.The reality of the room was far from what was promised. The room lacked privacy: even the slightest noise could be heard outside the room even when the door is locked, forcing us to whisper when talking. Additionally, we were not informed beforehand that watching TV or playing music after 10 PM was not allowed. This restriction was quite inconvenient for us. Overall, our experience was disappointing. We hope management takes these issues seriously and makes necessary improvements for future guests.

It was a pleasant experience to stay in this property. First happiest part is, they are not money minded. You will get lot of privacy. With a nominal charge they provided good guide service and helped us to explore unfamiliar parts of munnar. Overall very happy to stay here.
