Veriy bad behaviour from the security, there is no receptionist there, guests are managed by the security at outside the gate, he is also not willing to show rooms, management should check his mental heath, worst experience ever!

കാസർഗോഡ് പോകുന്ന വഴി ഞങ്ങൾ 8 പേരു AIRBNB ഉപയോഗിച്ച് room ബുക്ക് ചെയ്തു.3000rs ആയിരുന്നു 2 റൂമിന്.online payment ഞങ്ങൾ ചെയ്തു .book ചെയ്ത ഉറപ്പിൽ ഞങ്ങൾ വേറെ റൂം ഒന്നും നോക്കിയില്ല. അവിടെ ചെന്നു കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ അവർ പറയുന്നു. ഓൺലൈൻ വഴി ചെയ്തത് അവർക്ക് അവിടെ കിട്ടിയില്ല എന്നു.നിങ്ങൾ അത് cancel ചെയ്ത 15 days കഴിഞ്ഞു cash റീഫണ്ട് കിട്ടും എന്ന്. 3500rs തന്നാൽ നിങൾക്ക് വേറെ 2 room തരാം എന്ന് അവിടെ ഉള്ള സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ചേട്ടൻ അവരുടെ owner ചേച്ചിയെ വിളിച്ചു പറഞ്ഞു റെഡി ആക്കി.ഞങ്ങൾ ok പറഞ്ഞു id എല്ലാം കൊടുത്തു കേറാൻ നിന്നപ്പോ 1 കപ്പിൾസ് വന്നു ഞങ്ങളോട് wait ചെയാൻ പറഞ്ഞു. ഞങ്ങൾ വീണ്ടും പുറത്ത് wait ചെയ്തു നിന്ന് കുറച്ചു കഴിയപ്പോ ഓണർ പറഞ്ഞു 2 റൂമിന് 5500rs വേണം എന്നു.എന്നാലെ നിങൾക്ക് key തരാൻ പറ്റുവോളും എന്ന്..പറഞ്ഞ വാക്ക് മാറ്റിക്കൊണ്ട് ഇരിക്കുന്ന ഇവരെ എല്ലാം………….. very bad experience airbnb 👎🏻

On the way to Kasargod, 8 of us booked a room using AIRBNB. It was 3000rs for 2 rooms. We made the online payment. We did not look for any other room after booking. After going there they say. They said that they did not get it online. You will get a cash refund after 15 days of cancellation. If you pay 3500rs, the security guy there called the owner's sister and told her to get it ready. We said ok and gave all the ID, but when we stopped to ask, 1 couple came and told us to wait. After we waited outside for a while, the owner told us that we need 5500 rs for 2 rooms, but we can give you the key. very bad experience airbnb 👎🏻
