The rooms are not maintained. Other than the fantastic view and huge balconies there is nothing. All the furniture is pretty old and needs maintenance, the locks wont work,m and the shower either burns you or gives you chills, there is nothing in between. There was no fridge in the room. The breakfast served everyday is the same.

We took one suite room and two normal rooms for the family of 11 members (10 adults + 2 kids). The location of this property is bounded with fleshy green which makes us stick closely towards nature and its uniqueness. The view from the room balcony was so cool and we can snap lots of pics with the greenery background. Especially at night and morning the view was superb and very attractive. Room service and it's condition was so good and the quality of room is decent for the amount we paid.At the committed time they made all the arrangements so that there was no delay. The food arrangements made by them for dinner at the reasonable price and complimentary breakfast was tasty, hygienic and has a good quantity. Thanks to the memorable experience and the stay was awesome. Highly recommended for the balcony view,cool stay and the room service 💚

Please dont book this property, only after reaching the property, they are telling that, they have no contract / arrangement with Agoda.com. So they cant accept any booking. Owner Tony is not even speaking to us for courtesy... We were left stranded during weekend night & had to search & book in other resorts for exorbitant last minute hike! Property's phone No listed in Google doenst work. Even when I reached there, another family also had to face same situation. Please dont fall for Discounts & just stay away from this Property! My whole Vagamon trip got ruined because of these useless people.

location not easily noticable between other big resorts, rooms and rest not well maintained, to do something about the bad odour mostly coming from indoor kitchen and cold storage perhaps. No mirror in room, probably suite apartment on middle floor wud b better, the top floor suite room ws jst average not good, i prefer better place even with higher price more like 500 or 1k. the service is good and responsive.

The room was really beautiful.No issues with that. Also the view from the room is really beautiful. BUT it was a SUITE ROOM. so it should have been like that. 1) No water in toilet flush at midnight 2) bathroom door lock not working 3) the bed had some kind of insects like tics which I got bite 4) no option to order food at night, should either go to 2km away Town,or should have bought and come 5) the shower room section door is jammed and looks like it is 20 to 30 years old. I did read these similar issues from other customers reviews, but I thought the official ls might have resolved it. BUT NO They don't even check the customer reviews and all.. Food, atmosphere, ambience and all are really good.but basic things are a mess. They have a electric kettle along with coffee,sugar and milk powders etc. Apart from that ,the room is really spacious. They also have a spacious private living room too with a couch,mini dining table and tap and on and on. The hotel owners should definitely fix these issues.

* No locks for the bedroom. * Bath room bathing area is insecure ( shadowing, mainly first floor) * dust substances in the rooms * every day morning , we have to remind villa people switch on the motor * Rest room flush is not working properly and leaking in first floor * as a guest , we have to check and inform the villa resource to fix everything. * food is good. * Not worth for the money.

Relatively small place. Located on a hill with good hill view on one side and good valley view on the other. However, there is a new building construction going on right next to this building which is a real punch in the face. Was windy throughout, which I liked but the construction debris, dust was horrible. Food is decent. Only room service , no dining area common. Major upset is the horrible noisy bed. Guys you need to repair this or change springs. overall calm n fresh decent place to stay.

The worst hotel experience of my life, I paid Rs 4500 for the stay. The bedsheets weren't even clean, they provided a broken electric kettle and I almost electricuted myself using it. Poor wifi signal. No functional lights in the shower, and I had to keep on calling them for my complimentary breakfast which I got only after 9 AM and it didn't even include tea. The food was a disaster, do not get deceived by the images you see online,the place is not even worth Rs 1000/-. I booked it through make my trip, I still can't believe make my trip would host places like these.
