Had a great stay at Trattorias! We tried a few in the area and this was our favourite and you can tell they care about the property. Very clean and comfortable, the team and the owner couldn’t be more helpful, good breakfast, and the location was the perfect. It’s a nice peaceful area 5 mins walk from north cliff. Good value too.

This is hands down the best place to stay in Varkala, Just 8 mins walk away from Beach and cliff area! Location is best place to stay. The accommodations are not only comfortable and well-maintained but also exude a warm and inviting atmosphere. Staff is very polite, hardworking and helping. Very tasty and homely Food. What truly sets this place apart is the owner—an incredibly generous and helpful person who goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels at home. From personalized recommendations to thoughtful gestures, the owner's dedication to hospitality is unmatched. If you're looking for a place where you can relax and feel genuinely cared for, look no further. Highly recommended!! Thank you Mr. Shyam. I will look forward for stay again soon.

We stayed here in the first weekend of Dec, '24. Satisfying service, nice behaviour from the staff. When you'll contact them, you'll get a quick response, which will save a lot of time when you're planning the trip. Room is spacious and super clean, including the washroom. Cleanliness is an issue for most of the homestays of Varkala (according to the google reviews), but this property maintains hygiene and cleanliness. Breakfast is included. It's a 8-10 minutes of relaxed walk from the beach/north cliff. They can help you with the scooty renting/water activities planning/vehicles for sightseeing etc. perfect for family/couple/friends trip.

Great location for the right price. About a 10-min walk from the cliffs, which means it’s quiet but also close enough to the action. Clean, hygienic rooms and helpful staff! Got great yoga and massage recommendations.

A neat and clean stay and the property is well maintained. I had stayed for 4 days with my partner and it was a great stay. Breakfast was very nice and homely and location is quiet yet near to all locations. Special recognition to the cleaning staff who cleaned everything to perfection

Trattoria’s holiday home The stay was quite a clean and hygienic place. It’s situated 10 mins walk from the cliff. It’s peaceful and very quiet ambience. The breakfast tastes good and nutritious as it’s home made. The staff is very helpful who will suggests you places to visit and eat. They also have their restaurant on the cliff, which serves decent food. You cannot smoke, drink or eat food inside the room. Please respect the rules of the house as we also did. All the best to the team! Trattorias restaurant The food is decent, We had ordered white sauce pasta, Thai green curry, Tandoor roti and paneer butter masala, dal tadka and jeera rice.
