Green Valley Homestay Varkala

I stayed for a couple of days and found it very clean. Friendly and helpful staff always welcoming with a smile and up for a chat. The place is well maintained and had a cool vibe with nice lightings around the calm and peaceful garden.

A good enough stay for big groups and family. 2 cabanas and 2 separate villa with a garden and a common area for food. Really enjoyed the stay with my family. Its children friendly. The only drawback is the location, 500 mtrs away from varkala cliff. And also, you cannot take your traveller or mini bus inside. You will have to park it 100 mtrs away from the villa. No issues if you have a car. But the caretakers are very friendly and helpful. They helped us with taking our luggage from main raod to the property. Also, the rooms were clean and wasroom was hygienic. Would definitely recommend for family or big groups. You can use their kitchen and refrigerator for some small preparations. All in all - A good stay.

I loved it! My room was very comfortable and slept very well-I had a nice balcony to sit. I appreciate The kindness of the stuff. The place is very quiet and has good vibs. It's confortable and peaceful surrounded by a very nice garden. The roof top had a space for yoga and a nice view on trees and birds. I appreciate as a Swiss person that it was clean and tidy. It’s 10 mn walk from the cliff which is perfect if you wish to go to restaurants or beach and avoid the noisy crowd of weekends. I highly recommend.

A very great stay in varkala. The rooms are very very clean and spacious and the bathroom as well. You will get plenty of space here. They also have a common hallway which has very good sitting and relaxation space. Dining area is also available. Gardening is done very aesthetically in entire property that you will fall in love with this place. We stayed here for 2 days but next time will definitely stay for longer duration. A very calm and peaceful place. Varkala beach and cliff is at walkable distance (nearly 600-800m) They also have some triangular shaped tent like stay options as well which has AC too. Only thing was missing is hot water for which I think they will fix it soon. But still Mr. Nandu managed for us a hot water bucket. The caretaker/owner Mr. Nandu is very kind and helpful. He suggested me a very good mangrove kayaking service provider we enjoyed it alot. He also provided me a bike on rent with very reasonable price. And also arranged an auto in the morning to drop us to the railway station. The place is really a gem. Highly recommended if you are planning for Varkala.

It's a cozy place and about 10 mins away from varkala cliff, I had an amazing time and the homestay is maintained very cleanly. The only drawback I would say is hot water is not available here if you're okay with it then I would definitely recommend this place 4/5

I have visited varkala for the first time, and it is the wonderful experience with the homestay and the staff. Mr. Nandu is very kind and he help me to get the tickets for kayaking also.

Excellent place, clean, pleasant, beautiful garden, excellent service We had a great time as a family, we could also cook in the outdoor kitchen and enjoy the space and silence

If you are planing to visit varkala go for green valley ...one of the best stay in varkala and also very good customer service... neat and clean..very spacious ...overall a great experience.. couple friendly
