Opted for Saturday check in and Sunday checkout. The property is located on a peaceful,serene place with a good wifi network which suits ideal for workation. Caretaker - Annathu was really helpful and took care of our needs. There are 4 rooms with beds in each and ample sample for car parking We have restaurants and shops within 10 mins and they have restaurant menu which delivers at this property - we tried and the food was good. Swiggy works and shows upto 6-7 restaurants. Ideal place for family and friends get together. Would be visiting soon❤️

I recently stayed at this amazing farmhouse called "Ranger farmhouse " and let me tell you, it was absolutely incredible! 🌅The staff there were so friendly and made me feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the views were breathtaking. We were here this diwali to escape the fire crackers since my pets are scared of crackers. Yes this place is pet friendly. The manager Anandu is always there to help you out with your needs. We stayed for 4 days, we just heard one cracker burst at 20:30 hrs and that's it ( may be some guest from Bangalore carried it along). It's a 2bhk house with a common toilet semi furnished. With a seperate kitchen. On top you have a 4 bedroom accommodation if you have a biker group. The caretaker Sanjay is a humble Nepali who speaks amazing Malayalam to my surprise. He's good with Hindi and English too. There's a river which flows by you'll have great time there can take a walk. There is an option to cook inhouse or order food. The food we ordered was amazing and of a very good quality (fried rice with long grain rice) erachi options too.. takes about 30-45 min depending on orders. There's a cosy cottage too which is strategically placed near a tiny pond elevates the visual appeal. We had great time there. I hope the pathway lights are fixed it had a short-circuit since it was raining and was diwali. Btw Sanjay prepares nice Black tea...

Went there with my friends and it was a very bad experience. Firstly, the prices they quoted were completely different from what they asked for transportation. The cab owner of the cab they booked for us was extremely rude and we had an hour long fight with him about the prices. So definitely arrange your own transportation and confirm the price twice or thrice before booking. Record the conversation if necessary. Secondly, the house itself although nice was very unclean. There was a whole layer of dust and cobwebs beside the bed in the smaller room on the ground floor. We had to clean it ourselves. The kitchen was abysmal. There were rat and lizard droppings on all surfaces and dead insects under a few vessels. Also due to lack of ventilation, the house smelled and the kitchen smelled worse. Very bad experience.

I'm not sure why this place has good reviews, our experience was terrible. The rooms are decent but don't be fooled by the photos they have uploaded, that is of their best room, the other three rooms are less nice. The windows cannot be kept open because there are bugs and ants outside, so the house is very poorly ventilated and smells. The house was unclean and the kitchen was filthy. Nothing was clean, the floor and utensils were sticky and there were lizard and rat droppings on the counter. It was impossible to cook there. Since the restaurants are far and places close early, food was a huge issue. Even the microwave didn't work so we made do with cold bread and cheese since we didn't want to even enter the kitchen. PLEASE ARRANGE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT. The owner arranged a cab for us throughout our stay but they were a nightmare. They kept changing the prices and were extremely rude when we tried to talk to them and kept cutting the phone. As students who didn't speak the language we were at their mercy and they took full advantage of that and extorted us.

Amazing stay. Very calm and seren environment. Rooms are spacious. Can Easily accommodate 12 people. Kitchen is there with all cutlery. Refrigerator and microwave also available. During my visit, the access road was being built. So it will be more easily accessible.

Will not recommend to anyone. It was not properly cleaned. Rooms were good but ventilation was not there, also bugs and ants and a weird smell was there. Jetspray, wastewater pipe in the upper bathroom were broken. Kitchen was a nightmare. It was disgusting as hell. Bugs,ants, rats were roaming around in kitchen. Neglecting all these things, we thought atleast owner is polite but when we booked cab and auto through owner, he told us different amount and told different extra amount to auto and cab because of this we faced problem everytime and ended up in argument with auto as well as cab owner.

A farmhouse. It offers privacy. In the middle of a farm. Perfect for a weekend or even a week of relaxation with all the greenery. The area the farm is in its also serene and peaceful. I stayed there during the rains and it was an awesome experience. The owners are also very friendly and welcoming people.
