I am a fan of wayanad just because of amazing homestays there. This place was no less than what I expected, infact it exceeded my expectations. My family is super conscious about the cleanliness and I can say they all were very happy with the cleaning standard. I specially admired the interiors of the rooms. The quality and design both are really well thought ( remote control ceiling fans, design bulbs etc.). The host is very polite and helpful. The view from the balconies is of tea plantation which is breadth-taking especially in the morning. The wifi strength is very good as well.

My family and I stayed here for a night. It was part of a last minute booking but our host was very gracious and helpful. The place was tidy and the views were amazing! The only downside was the route to get there but other than that everything was excellent. The breakfast was homely and delicious. Thank you

Perfect location away from hustle bustle of city life, if you want to experience calm, picture perfect surroundings and serenity this is the place. Only one challenge is single small road, rest everything is perfect.

Awesome experience. Peaceful stay with great view. The behaviour of the staff and the seamlessness of the interaction was exceptional. The amenities and cleanliness and food was great too. 10/10 rating from me and my family

A beautiful property nestled in the calm greenery of a tea estate! The property was clean and well maintained, and the owners were considerate to our requests. There are two routes to the property though and one of them is really narrow, so ensure you get the right route to location from the caretaker. Overall, an amazing experience!

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a pleasant stay, it was humid during the first night but the tea arranged a cooler which helped and the next two days it Rained. The property is Pet friendly. My pet and my daughter loved the place.The House is well maintained and the team arranged everything we asked for without any hesitation. The Breakfast was simple yet yummy and the property is surrounded by lush green trees and tea plantation. Suggestions- if there is a provision to get the place cleaned everyday it will be great, or provide us with bedsheets linen etc to keep the property clean.

Great Stay at a serene location.Totally matches with the description and photos. Wifi access and smart TV available. Good taste and planning of the interiors with super spacious bathrooms.Father and son duo are very good hosts who are professional in running the place and willing to meet all your expectations. Food was tasty, traditional at pocket friendly pricing (need to be ordered in advance especially if you prefer home cooked options). Our dog loved the lawns.Special thanks for their sincerety and efforts in sending the watch back to us which my daughter missed at the property. Recommended for tourists with car, ample parking space available. Totally safe and secure with CCTV facility. Visited with family in March 2024, nights are pleasant but the day can be a little hot.
