Excellent room service from the heritage staff. RK yadav ji and ayush sir was very cooperative. Premium rooms available with full cleanliness and great food service. Chinese, north indian, every type of food facilities available. If you are visiting ujjain please do prefer booking the hotel and it's unique experience.

My stay at Heritage homestay in Ujjain was an absolute delight. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it the perfect place to relax after visiting the Mahakaleshwar Temple. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always attentive to even the smallest requests. A special mention goes to their food—it was simply outstanding! Every meal was freshly prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Overall, heritage homestay offers not just a stay, but a memorable experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ujjain, especially for their amazing hospitality and exceptional food.

We had a wonderful stay here! Great staff and great service! The rooms had a royal feeling and were very comfortable. The location is perfect, just a short distance from all the major temples. And the food was amazing! Highly recommend!

The homestay is the worst. The rooms are pathetic and are not as shown as in the pictures . A lady named Shefali Yadav forces the guest to use their own taxis . She is very rude lady the rooms were not as shown in the image

The worst homestay ever . Please do not even think to book this homestay. The travel desk representative Shefali is really rude and also their drivers are liars . The condition of their room is pathetic ! Worst experience ever. Please do not go on the pictures they show . Worstttttttttt experience.

I stayed for 3 days at this property. Services were pathetic. No almirah in a room. No complimentary water bottle given. No soap in a washroom and was given after complaining so many times on a last day. And the worst thing was that there were rats in a room jumping here and there which was really scary. Food was really expansive and not tasty at all. However, the only thing is that the overall construction of the property is good that impress the customers but other than that it was a bad experience staying there. And yes it's around 20 mins far from mahakal mandir by e rickshaw and 15 mins far from mangal nath mandir. No one is there to listen your problems, they only said yes yes we are working on it nut the problem were remain unresolved. One good thing was that they allow us to stay longer for 3 hours as the check out time here is 9.30 am however it's 12 pm generally in most of the hotels so I am thankful for that.

Had a wonderful experience at this property! Very good accommodation at an affordable price. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. The staff were extremely helpful and made the stay even more comfortable. It was such a relief to find a complete combo of comfort, hospitality, and great food during my stay in Ujjain. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!

The rooms were average in regards to cleanliness. But the construction is pathetic. Pathetic means pathetic! The doors are of such bad quality that anyone even walking outside can be heard inside the room. You can not take proper rest while you are inside the room at any time if the day !|Morning we faced an issue that only hot water was coming in all the taps including health fossit as well. Probably this is one operational error which can be rectified.|When we checked in, we ordered some food which room them about 40 mins . When we ordered something else they said that it would take them 10 mins and again we had to wait for another half an hour. We were so annoyed that we went out to have our lunch. On the way, we could actually see the guy who took our order getting tomatoes and cucumbers for our ordered sandwiches !!|Also when I enquired about the scooty, I had asked him for one day charge which was told 600 plus fuel. I asked him that I need it from evening 4 to morning 10 which is less than a day. He agreed to that and then later as soon as he was getting the scooty ready, he changes his statement and said that for morning I have to pay half days charge as well . So of course I preferred an E rickshaw instead.|The location is not that great as well. About 4 KM from Mahakal temple and no nearby good joints to eat to save yourself from the horror of the food or this stay .|The two starts that I have given is for the morning food order that we have came on time as probably one lady was there for preparing. The other star is for average room size and clean bedsheets and bathroom. They were able to provide dental kits as well.|All in all I won't recommend this to anyone
