We visited this place 5 months ago. We had booked this villa for our family of 3 persons and were quite disappointed with this poorly maintained and overly priced property. It had Shabby entrance and unclean premises. Elect kettle was shown in photos but not provided, No arrangement for making tea as such and though caretaker provide tea and meals on payment but they don’t wakeup before 9am. We had breakfast, lunch and snacks on first day but didn’t like it much so second day we had meals outside. Swimming pool water was murky and No steps provided for entering pool. Approach road not good. It may be good for bachelors party but not fit for family.

We booked this villa for our family of 8 people. It is an independent bungalow with a small swimming pool with ample sit outs. They have comfortable three bedrooms with a total of four double beds. Rooms are clean with basic furniture. A mirror is missing in the room. There is a small mirror above the bathroom basin. Hot water is available in the evening, as it is heated on solar energy. We could not get hot water in the morning. As this is a home stay, service providers are limited. The owners do attend to your needs. But arrange for your food and menu in advance. We had to wait for quite some time before our breakfast. Overall it was a great experience.

Had a very bad experience. They charged 26k for 10 people which is damn expensive for the kind if property this is. The common kitchen was not clean, fridge was not cooling things and was dirty. The property doesn't have a full mirror and there is problem of musquitos. The washroom is not great. The pool os average. The property is very different than the pictures we see on internet. I would just say that the price is too much and the property doesn't offer anything for it's worth. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

This villa is perfect to get away from busy life. Esthetics of villa is great. We clicked pics in every corner of this property 😉. Food, ambience, & hospitality was good. Just loved the vibe of this place. We enjoyed the stay. Special Thanks to Tanvi.

We had great time here. Hospitality, food and cleanliness of the area is very impressive. Well maintained villa, pool and garden perfect place to spend peaceful time with your family and friends. Highly recommended ❤️❤️

What an amazing experience!!! Such a cosy vibe.. with all the hustling and chaos in the city...coconut casa is the perfect stay for a quick weekend, which eventually makes you feel like staying for long... Nikum is an amazing host and makes sure all needs are taken care of...he had wheel chair arranged for my grandmother... My pet dog had an amazing time around the pool & greenery....The food was fresh and amazing...The hospitality was commendable..It'll surely take you time to get over the place after having a vacation here...looking forward

We had a really wonderful experience at Coco Casa. The property is very good and maintained well. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. The pool and the surrounding garden is very pretty. The pool is also clean and bigm The service is excellent. The owners were very responsive and very patient, accomodating with all our requirements. Tanvi ensured that our stay and food was well taken care of. The food was delicious and fresh. We didn't feel the need to step out and try any other restaurant. Hansel and Aarti made really good, delicious meals for us from fresh produce. All this at a really good price made our weekend just perfect 😊
